ACCURATE FENCE INC

The company started out great--responsive, enthusiastic, knowledgeable. After receiving our deposit, though, things slowed down. We were told that the permits would be ready in 10 days, but after 3 weeks of no word, I contacted them and was told ''oh, we forgot to follow up''. Two weeks later, I called again and was told the permits were ready and the fence could be installed ''soon''. After 3 more un-returned phone calls, they set up a time to begin work. Showed up 2 hours late the first day, then began work in earnest for 3 days. The fence is beautiful, but we were told on the 3rd day that the work would be complete the next day. Instead, no one showed up or called for 5 days! On the 5th day, the owner called saying another project had come up and trumped ours. The fence was finished the next day and then passed inspection. Company owner called to come pick up final check and set an appointment with us, but never showed! Four days have now passed and he still has not called.

A company representative came out and did some measuring and talk with me about exactly what I wanted in a wood privacy fence. I gave him a copy of my property survey as requested and he said he would send me an quote in a day or so. That was on Monday, September 25th, 2006. It is now Tuesday, October 3rd, 2006 and I have not heard one word from them or received my quote. If this is an indication of the service I can expect from them, they have just LOST a job from me.

THIS COMPANY DID A GOOD JOB TAKING OUT THE WOOD FENCE THAT WENT AROUND MY HOME. THEY DID A GREAT JOB WHEN THEY REPLACED THE FENCE WITH A VINYL FENCE. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.
