countertops, marble & granite
+ 0 moreI had a horrible experience with them and I will never use them again. The owner refused to come back after I complained to him. There are shims showing in the counters and there is a big hole in there. He also did the cut out for the sink before I even bought the sink and that hole was too big. The counters were improperly installed. They didn't inform me of things until the last minute. They weren't on time on days and there were just several mistakes. I paid him half up front and he said pay the other half when the job was done if I was 100% satisfied and I was horrified, so didn't pay the other half and he has been harassing me with notes. They are very unprofessional and their quality of work is awful.
Description of Work: Absolute Marble and Granite made and installed the granite counter tops in my kitchen. It was about 18 linear feet of granite that they installed.

+ -1 moreThey were great. They have a wonderful office staff and crew. Owner, William, was very thorough. The installation and repairs were done very professionally.
Description of Work: They installed granite countertops, backsplash and windowsills in two bathrooms. Repairs were done on granite in kitchen previousely done by another company.
