Worst home renovation experience ever! Terrible salesman and inconsiderate, unprofessional owner. Crew was messy, and had to do one trade more than once until it looked right. The time they quoted us took twice as long and they will lie to your face about when workers will show up or not! Avoid this company at all costs!

I WOULD NEVER USE OR RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY Installation of window and doors took approximately 3 days. This did not include patching and repairing the drywall/trim around the new doors. Neither the General Manager/Salesman, Shawn Cafiero, (who swore he personally supervised every job beginning to end) or his site supervisor, Manny, did a final inspection when the installation was completed. 1. Prior to the drywall, you could see light around the front door frame. (I was told to fill this with Dap expanding foam) 2. The aluminum trim around the front door was not install properly and was not flush with the frame. 2. The drywall around the bay window and french doors was uneven with the surrounding wall 3. Several windows were not chaulked on the inside of the house. I was promised when I made my final payment that all these issues would be corrected. Foolish I know... but i was offended when the owner, Vince, accused me of not wanting to make my final payment. ("you people just don't want to pay your bill"). Needless to say i spent the next 3 months texting/calling from different phones and stopping by the office but for every promised appointment I received, neither Shawn or Manny showed up to address my concerns or fix the problems. When i call the office and asked for my permit so i could schedule my own inspection because I just wanted to be done with them, Shannon, the receptionist?, was surprised I was calling but setup everything. The installer she arranged, James did the best he could in a bad situation. They failed inspection the first time (thorough inspector) 1. Screws were missing from windows and door 2. the pictures they provided were not of my house For the second inspection, James made sure everything was finally correct and that's only reason I didn't give a "F" This had nothing to do with the COVID pandemic, 1. my town had been doing inspections since the end of February 2. Good customer service would have required someone ask why I coming into the office leaving messages for Shawn every week. 3. Good customer service would have required someone followup after the final inspection.
