It was a horrible experience. The good experience aren’t legit. Please check the Facebook page “absolute relocation services nightmares” Summer : unprofessional but only after you pay Sales people Steven : sweet talking but not honest, kinda forces instant Zelle payment Movers that come to pick up: unprofessional and rude, says “I have nothing to do with absolute relocation services, we have been contracted” Estimation of arrival or pick up date : not accurate, keeps changing, no guarantee My goods arrived late and in the pick up window was informed by the end of the day that there won’t be pick up. On the last day they asked me to sign another contract saying I am okay with it arriving the next day. I refused and asked for refund. The moment I asked for refund suddenly they found someone to pick up!! Things arrived damaged and late! The person who dropped my goods said they have nothing to do with the absolute relocation services they contacted their company only 3 days ago and that they arrived asap!! Absolute Relocation Services DOT number per their website is 3795591 Please look it up! It States: “Your Operating Authority (MC/FF#) is not active and you are not authorized to operate as for hire in interstate commerce, as your Operating Status is marked as Not Authorized. USDOT Number - 3795591 ABSOLUTE RELOCATION SERVICE LLC Operating Authority Operating Status: NOT Authorized We see that your DOT#'s Operating Authority is not active and you are Not Authorized to operate as for hire in interstate commerce.As per the Title 49 Code of Federal Regulations Section 392.9a(b), carriers operating without authority or beyond their scope of authority can be put out of service and are subject to fines.” So it is not surprising that the lack of professionalism I experienced dealing with merely Summer and Alex leaves so much to be desired. I hope and pray you read this before booking this semblance of a company for your next move. First they provide you with a supposedly bonded quote, stating that that all of their workers are licensed and bonded. Please note that is a flat out lie! They show up with a pick up truck pulling a pod that has other people’s furniture in it and then they don’t even properly care for your furniture. They dropped several pieces they damaged various items and to add insult to injury they forgot to take a whole room of furniture. The people who showed up to move us were not employees of the company and then some random dude came over and stated that he was not employed by the company and the other guys were subcontractors. Then they kept changing the price, there was one original price then another price and now another price. We spoke to a very rude young g lady named Summer. We tried their 800 numbers but the person Jasmine never answered. Summer called and she illegally recorded the conversation by not stating she was recording. She called from a California number but then she said she needed to check the warehouse. Alex the driver said the warehouse is in New Jersey so that didn’t make any sense. The phone number that they provide you with to escalate matters and the number that the Better Business Bureau has is 786-805-5046. Please call them! It is definitely NOT a relocation company. It makes you question is this even a real company? The Absolute Relocation. Services Supervisor, Summer demanded that if $2,500.00 is not paid the remains nor any of the items will not be returned. Jazmine Tucker then reached to demand that I take down the reviews and sign a Non Disclosure Agreement that I will not post any additional reviews! I am NOT signing! Please note in the event you are dealing with this nightmare of a company I am so sorry, they make an already stressful situation 100 times worse!!!!

The crew did a great job picking up and delivering the few items of furniture I needed to my new apartment, and I would highly recommend them to anybody.

Brilliant company! I have never been so pleased in life before. I recommend them!

This company CAN NOT be trusted with your possessions! We hired them to move my son across country. If I hadn’t reached out multiple times, (many with no response) I would have had ZERO updates. Took them four weeks to deliver. My son could not go to work, as his mechanic tools and equipment were in a truck somewhere. They went from our home to a warehouse in Portland and sat for over two weeks. Moving truck number two supposedly broke down in Idaho for days and our items were then put on a third truck! I was told on my first phone call that they do everything “in house” to keep costs down. UNTRUE!! I was also told they “OFFER” thirty days of free storage, IF we choose to take advantage of that. We did NOT take that option but they chose to take it for us! As Jasmine the dispatcher put it “They were within the legal timeframe.” READ THE FINE PRINT. I had to plead with Kosta, the Operations Manager to get info. Kosta seemed to want to help but was very unclear as to why we were delayed multiple times. Jasmine made empty promises and was rude on every phone call that she chose to answer. Lisa (my second point of contact) took my inventory over the phone, day prior to pick up, in a 53 minute conversation. She never sent the first mover nor us the list. The first mover “Alex” did not have a clue what he was picking up. Lisa, ignored multiple texts and voicemails. This was on moving day!!! Completely ghosted by the entire company. SHADY company with ZERO communication. I do not wish what we went through on anyone. It was four weeks of STRESS! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

The service was good. The booking agent called and the estimate was almost correct because I added some things, she called me enough times, and they kept in touch with me all the way through the process, so I was feeling confident and comfortable. The workers, everybody has got a shirt on, the communication from the dispatch, the driver, was so good, he introduces himself and the guys with him, he walked through all the way with me, he asked me first before they do things, and I already recommend them to my co-worker. They delivered the things on time and I was very impressed with the professionalism they showed.
