A Plus Concrete Restoration

The owner came out to give the quote. They didn't end up delivering what they quoted. The workers that came out to do the work were good and did end up correcting the work. The owner never came back out to check the final product. I would not use the company again. When I called the owner to discuss, he was quick to get upset and blame me for the issues. The work done was good but I would not want to deal with the owner again.

the story is too long. He was recommended through family-- and so i didnt check out the details. He lied about his licensure....he gave me detailed contracts with fair pricing- and then spent the next 4 months wasting my time and lying about all aspects of work and scheduling and his ability to complete a task.. he had more of my money than he should have-because i did not watch over his every move. I made the mistake of thinking him to be professional -and he completely took advantage and proceeded to lie about when he would show up, and what he would complete.. The deception would still be going on today had i not just simply decided to end it. We had wasted enough of our time.He was given the exact amount he requested to finish a certain set of jobs in the house- and then never did so- and even though he did little jobs in other parts of the house- he never managed to find the time to show up to finish what he had been paid for. If you come into contact with him- watch out- and i would say "run the other way" He will promise the word in a very convincing manner -and then proceed to take advantage of any kindness or trust you place in him. Definitely a nightmare experience.
