Description of Work: Post Hurricane Irma required a fence repair in our backyard of 80' of wood fence. A Hinze had done my neighbors fence so I phoned and Frank came out and sent me a quote. After a couple of phone calls and emails he requested a check for a deposit which I gladly was to leave for him. He was anxious to pick up. Emailed my signed contract back to him on a Friday afternoon and spoke to Frank the next day at 2 pm only to get an email from his wife at 5 pm saying they could not do the job due to too many jobs they had taken on. No other response. Unprofessional at best.

+ -1 moreCalled the office; the Lady was courteous and gave me all information in details including approx. price. Had to call back the office because could not understand what Mr. Frank Vermaak did say about appointment/estimate. The following morning I called back to follow up; Mr F. Vermaak picked up the phone; he was extremely nasty, saying I do not have to call all the time. That he would have called me that morning. Also he told me that he talked to my husband! I DO NOT HAVE A HUSBAND. Gladly I do not have to see this person, Mr. Vermaak. My best regards to the Lady in the office. Gwendolin ($1,000)

+ -1 moreTHEY DID A FANTASTIC JOB. THEY DID THE JOB SO WELL THAT A COUPLE OF OTHER PEOPLE IN MY NEIGHBORHOOD HIRED THEM TOO. THEY CLEANED UP EVERYTHING AND THEY GOT THE JOB DONE IN RECORD TIME. I AM VERY HAPPY WITH WHAT THEY DID.
Description of Work: THEY PUT UP A FENCE AROUND MY MEDIUM-SIZED YARD.
