COMPLETE FAILURE!
Description of Work: GREAT SALES PITCH! CAME TO MY HOME, MEASURED THE ROOM, TOLD ME THERE WOULD BE AN ESTIMATE IN 3 DAYS. TWO WEEKS LATER I E-MAILED HIM ASKING WHERE THE ESTIMATE WAS, STILL NO RESPONSE OR ESTIMATE. HE LIVED UP TO THE "SOUTH FLORIDA" CONTRACTOR REPUTATION.

Co-owner of company waffled on the deal. Discarded one glass shelf without contacting customer first. Failed to pick up glass table top. Took nearly 3 months to complete the job. Tried to palm off one broken shelf for a new one. I had to return the broken shelf and wait another TWO weeks to receive a new one. Company kept changing the agreement as time went on. IF you deal with this company, get EVERYTHING IN WRITING. They have no scruples and should not be trusted. Their word means nothing.
Description of Work: Company was to provide 2 glass shelves that were broken. As part of the deal, company was to grind down corners and edges of broken shelves and return to customer. Also, as part of deal, company was to pick up a large (42" x 42") glass table top.
