A & A Painting Contractors & Pressure Cleaning

I'm writing this review with a heavy heart because when I hired Alvero owner of A & A he seemed responsive and professional and although there were some red flags when it came to his cocky and pushy demeanor/personality ... I still hired him because I took it as a sign of Efficiency and effectiveness ! He was hired to paint my entire home exterior and roof . I thought this company was doing a good job until I noticed many mistakes. When I would bring it to his attention, he would respond," don't worry, we are not finish , we are going to take care of it. He did , but not in a clean and precise manner. More like rushed and careless. Once he completed the work and was paid. My husband noticed that the roof was still showing the red tile that was suppose to be painted . We called him over and he would just fix a little area. Then we called him over again, because we noticed more areas ...now his personality was beginning to show as mentioned in the other reviews. To make the long story short we had to call him 3 times for our roof , as it was not painted correctly. The last time we called him , he was so rude that I couldn't event believe it...below is the text message I had to send him because at the end of the day the paint job was not done professional or correctly! The text message I sent him was never responded to and will give you a better understanding as to who he is and how unprofessional he is! My text message to him From business owner to business owner I believe you acted very unprofessional today . it's not my fault the painting job wasn't done correctly. you and your guy both noticed that the tiles needed paint . you treated me like I was bothering you or as if I was making things up. you have eyes and you saw it! this was the 3rd time you guys came out to fix painting errors ...that's simply not my fault! i did my part, I paid you the money you asked for , I hired you to do my drive way even after you made painting mistakes and I even gave you 100$ tip to fix the 2nd mistake that was corrected. you show up and don't call, then your rushing us to move the cars. i tell you to please fix everything this last time correctly and you tell me not to speak to you like a child! I've been nothing but patient with you. you told me you were coming 2 weeks ago and didn't show up because your van was broken and I understood. you told me you were coming this week and then said you were in miami (never showed up). you have some nerves to be so rude & aggressive with your response after I've been nothing but nice and patient ! and to top it all off, you ask me to buy more paint, when I already bought the paint to correct the 1st error! in your quote all the painted needed was on there, why should I have to buy paint to fix the errors! then you finish and don't even ask me to check everything in order to make sure it's done correctly. You just rush into your car and drive off, leaving the words in my mouth !!! you said that no other company would come out to fix errors that they made and your are absolutely wrong! every"professional" company that makes a mistake will do everything and anything to make sure their customers is satisfied ! you said I made you mad because I told you another professional painter said you didn't paint correctly, it's not my fault that someone noticed all your errors and brought it to my attention. to be honest the entire roof needs to be done again! ,you corrected section here and section there and it doesn't look clean & professional . if you don't come back to do the entire roof with enough paint and patience, I am going to write a review on google, Yelp and Nextdoor! i am also going to tell my entire community not to use you! Please beware and I highly and strongly suggest not to use this company.

What can I say besides they did an excellent job at an excellent price. Came out to do the job when they said they would and did everything as agreed. Would use them in the future.
