Description of Work: Gerald did a magnificent job. He sealed and polished our granite counters. We have about 2500 sq ft of marble flooring and he cleaned and sealed them. All looks great! I'd highly recommend them.

Description of Work: The guys showed up on time and well prepared. They were cleaning tile and grout in my kitchen. They were courteous. Professional. They moved the refrigerator and even hand scrubbed areas be course I have a stone textured tile. I was impressed being a tile guy for twenty years they did a great job. When they were finished they even repair a chip in my marble inlay that was not included in original estimate. Great guys highly recommend.

Description of Work: This is one year after our initial cleaning. They give me the option of floor a "tune up" to keep the tile looking great. I jumped at it as I was very satisfied with the orginial job. I wish all companies I have hired over the years for home improvement had the knowledge, the professionalism and can execute like 3N1. Description of Work: Empty apartment with tile floors that were filthy from years of neglect and sloppy cleaning. Cleaning them saved the floors and made the space livable until it can be renovated in the future on my terms not by necessity. Really did a great job making them clean and sanitary.

Description of Work: Gerald is a delight and a pleasure!! He went out of his way to accommodate me on a rather last minute request, no questions asked! We needed someone to thoroughly clean our entire 2200 square feet of porcelain tile floors, as we have been renovating for 4 months and they were filthy (although they were brand new), and our furniture was arriving in a few days and we needed them really cleaned before then. Gerald came after hours to complete the job and my husband called me and said "Hunni, the floors are to die for!!" (I've never heard him describe something as "to die for" lol). We are SO pleased!!

Description of Work: Re-grouted the bathroom shower floor area, polished the marble in the kitchen and then touched up an area of the marble in the living room floor where a small dog had missed her puppy pad. I'm very satisfied his work that was performed I would definitely recommend to friends to use in the future.

Description of Work: Very professional, courteous and prompt. |He did pretty good work. I think he could have done little better cleaning the in the corners and under some furniture. But his promptness and professionalism more than makes up for that minor imperfection, so I give him an A for everything but quality.
