Not sure why this customer was not completely happy? I encourage everyone to let us know if there not happy with something in any manner while we are at the job, instead of taking it out on a review, if your paying for something the least that can be done is a great job, we cannot read minds though.

Description of Work: They cleaned the carpet in two rooms. That came out perfect. He took a very large oriental rug out to his place to clean. It looks better than it did before he cleaned it, but not as good as he lead me to believe he could do.

Carpets came out great on this job, and we took a huge 12X24 area rug that we cleaned, I took pics to send to the customer who was out of the state when we cleaned it, looked better in person than on the pics. The couple who was renting their place where we retuned it approved of the way it looked to the owner, and it was good from there.

Description of Work: My tile and grout was cleaned and sealed. At the end I had to point out some corner spots that were not cleaned. My laminate flooring was not covered. After he left , I still saw black dirt in the grout line between 4 tiles, and orange spots near the piano. Not all the furniture in the tiled areas were removed.

Customer's tile and grout was black!! We cleaned it, and brought it back to new, this was not a big job, I tried to post a pic of the job that I took when we cleaned the half that I cleaned was night and day. But it would not let me so you people can see the difference. The small things she is complaining about was tended to as she did point a few things out to me. Most people are very grateful when you work hard to do a job for them, I guess this one was not?

The customer had a really old marble shower for us to restore, we diamond grind, polished, buffed, and sealed all the marble in the entire master bathroom. I think the marble was 25 plus years old, looks 100 % better. I think the customer was a recruiter for soccer players, so he has a passion for the game.
