Description of Work: Several months ago, 3N1 Services cleaned several of my carpets, including a large antique, oriental rug. Also purchased a proper rug pad for my wool rug. I asked for a quote for tile/grout cleaning which was a reasonable price.

+ -1 more3N1 did a fantastic job on our floors. I bought a home with a large area of travertine floor tiles that need some TLC. Gerald explained my options and even did samples of the different looks on my floor before I made my final decision to make sure that I would be happy with the final result. The floors look great and I've received many compliments on how much better they look now. Gerald and his team did a fantastic job and I will certainly use them again in the future.

+ -1 moreI was convinced that our tile grout was going to need replacement (2,000 sq ft) and it was going to cost a lot. 3in1 saw the grout and told me that there was no point in replacing it, he would get it cleaned up and looking brand new. When I saw it, I couldn't believe it. 3n1 did a fantastic job and at a reasonable cost. Very ethical and done well!
Description of Work: The main living areas needed a thorough grout cleaning. The difference in the grout between the walkways and under the furniture was huge.

Description of Work: this was one of your special deals. My floor tile is very old and I wasn't sure if it could be cleaned well. I was very surprised and pleased at how great it came out. the two men who worked on it were as nice as can be. they came in time and finished in a timely manner. When I called to set up the appt, the owner was so nice over the phone, set up the appt and called this morning before they arrived. I was so so pleased with them and would recommend this excellent company without hesitation.
