Description of Work: When he gave me an estimate he claimed that he could clean my custom drapes. When he came to do the work he admitted that he couldn't remove the stain but lighten it. He made it worse and added water stains to my family room draperies. These were custom drapes and they are ruined and I will have to replace them.
