They showed up on time. They actually did a little extra than what we had agreed upon. He said we didn't need to do anything other than clean it, he assured us that we didn't need the upgraded service, and that it would be fine after it had all dried. However, it doesn't look like it was cleaned after it had dried. If the grout was sealed, then the dirt was sealed in there. I certainly would have gotten the upgraded service if I had thought we needed it.

Fantastic! I contacted the owner, Gerald Simmons, by phone to make sure he was available during our narrow time window. He answered the phone immediately and was very accomodating regarding scheduling to fit our needs. I purchased the service on line through the "Big Deal" and arranged for him to come out on Saturday. He arrived promptly as scheduled, was very pleasant and professional and set about cleaning a very (very) dirtly berber wall-to-wall carpet in our family room and a wall-to-wall carpet in a bedroom. He warned that he probably would not be able to get the stains and traffic patterns completely out of the carpet. We knew this going in and told him we didn't expect miracles on this old and worn carpet. He pre-treated the (many) stains and went over the heavy traffic areas many times to make them as clean as possible. The result was amazing and a lot cleaner than before. Although the stains did not come out completely, the carpet is clean and much better than it was. Gerald was very pleasant to our kids as well, who followed him around and had a million questions. He provided estimates for cleaning our terrazzo floors and two orientals as well, at our request. I can't say enough positive things about my experience with 3N1 and would recommend Gerald and his company to any other member.

From the initial call, Gerald was very professional. He was able to come out quickly, was on time and did a fantastic job cleaning all of our carpets. I will definitely use him in the future, not only for carpet cleaning, but also any other services that we require.

Gerald, the owner, came to give me an estimate and demonstration. He called prior to coming to my home and arrived on time. At that time I received a quote to clean, stain and re-seal the grout in my entire home and to re-grout the shower in our master bathroom. During the entire estimate, Gerald was courteous & professional. He gave me a demonstration of the process and showed me pictures of before & after of other jobs he had completed. He showed me a variety of different stain colors & stained 2 different grout lines so we could decide which color would work best. I received a detailed, written estimate. Gerald & his team arrived on the scheduled date on time, courteous & professional. His team included Mike & another man whose name I can't recall. They moved all of our furniture, taped down a protective barrier to keep our wood floors in our bedrooms from getting damaged and went to work. First a cleaner went down on the grout, then it was scrubbed with a brush, a machine came thru to clean the tile and then another to buff the tile & suck up the excess water. Blowers were used to speed the drying process. After that, one gentleman started the grout work in our bathroom while Gerald & Mike went to work staining & sealing the grout in the kitchen, family room, living room, dining room, hall & laundry area. The gentleman who was doing the grout in my shower decided that the grout on the floors should be totally re-done instead of just re-stained and he did so quickly. They took care to move out the refrigerator and stain the grout there as well as on my pantry floor, they sealed the edges of the tile off where they tile meets the wall-very detail oriented. Took only half an hour to break for lunch, ensured the family room & kitchen area were done first with furniture back in place before I had to pick up my children from after care. Any questions I had during the process they were more than happy to answer with a smile. I work from my home & during the entire day they ensured that I was not disturbed while I was working. I cannot say enough good things about or recommend Gerald & his crew from 3N1 Services more. They went above & beyond to make my floors & bathrooms look like new again. A+!!

Gerald called ahead to confirm the appt and arrival time. He arrived promptly (even a little early) at the designated time. Before he even started the job, he looked at the damage and gave me a written invoice for the price of the job; including taking the 3 Persian rugs out to be cleaned and delivered back to my home next week. Although many carpet cleaning companies offer add ons for an additional fee, he did not deviate from his price. Everything was done and completed above and beyond my satisfaction.

They were supposed to come out today at 1 PM, we confirmed the date and time about 10 days ago by email and phone. I made sure to clear my schedule so that I would be home at the time we agreed. I had a dentist appointment scheduled for that morning so I wasn't home when he called me to let me know he was coming early. Instead of honoring the scheduled appointment, he decided to come when it was convenient for him. Since I wasn't able to answer the phone when he called he turned around and went back. When I spoke with him he told me that he tried to call me, but I didn't answer and that he wasn't going to come at 1 PM so we would just have to reschedule. I am getting a refund through Angie's List.

The owner of 3N1, Gerald Simmons, was extremely professional from the first point of contact all the way to the finish of the job. Although it was a small job, it was a test to see the quality of the work and the reasonableness of the price to do more work down the road. Not only did he keep his appointment, he called when he got a cancelation and came a day earlier. The equipment and cleaning materials used were top of the line from what my untrained eye could determine. Mr. Simmons was very careful in the way he brought his equipment in and out of the home, making sure not to damage anything. He explained what he was going to do and what results I could expect. In fact, he tested several areas to show me what will be the results of his efforts to be sure that I wanted to proceed. After completing the job, Mr. Simmons gave me a detailed breakdown of the options available to me for the bigger job I was considering, including costs. I would recommend this company for any work that involves floor cleaning.

I needed to have the carpeting in 2 bedrooms cleaned in a rush.An hour and a half after I made my first call, the technician arrived. He was courteous, helpful, focused, and successful at getting out the stains. I could not be more delighted.

The technician was on time, knowledgeable and very courteous and did a wonderful job. Will definitely use him again!

Mr. Simmons was punctual, arriving on time at 9:30 A.M. He was courteous, and before applying the deodorizer asked me if the deodorized aroma chosen was acceptable to me. The deodorizer aroma was apples and cinnamon, and seemd appropriate for the coming holidays. He assured me carpet would be dry within four hours. (in the past, with another service company I had wet carpeting for about four days.) The carpet was dry by the evening. He also placed aluminumsquares under the chairs and small tables. All in all, it was a pleasant experience, and I would recommend this service.

We made an appointment for between 3 and 4pm. He called at 4:30pm and said he would be here in 40 minutes. That was the last I heard from him.

As soon as Gerald Simmons walked in the door I knew I had chosen the right company. He is professional and friendly. He also knows how to clean carpets very well. My carpets (including the wool wall to wall) came out great! I had my rugs done by a large company before and was very disappointed in the way the carpets came out. Large company employees don't have a vested interest in the end result. Gerald was knowledgeable and really cared about the end result. I will have him back every year to clean my carpets and I will also hire him to clean my drapes and couches. GREAT COMPANY

The service was fine overall. He was a nice guy, and he’ll fix his work if you’re not completely satisfied with it without any problems.

The experience was great! He’s very nice, punctual, cooperative, and a great person to work with overall. In fact, I’ll probably have him come out to clean a few more couches and chairs.
