Gerald arrived on time and explained the process and gave me suggestions on what could be done to make my tile "look new". He showed me different color samples for grout re-color and was patient and accommodating when I asked for additional samples. His suggestions and the quality of his work were excellent .

They accommodated my changing schedule and contacted me when I hadn't scheduled the job. On time, careful and professional.

He was prompt, knowledgeable, and did what he said he was going to do. Aside from cleaning tile and gout, he fixed some broken and chipped tile so that theyy were not visable.

I no sooner purchased the coupon for their services from Angie's List and I received a call from the owner, Gerald Simmons and set up an appointment. He was so gracious to come on the following Saturday, since I work during the week. Gerald called prior to his appointment and showed up on time. He was very professional and showed me the different color stains to choose from. He suggested the color that would match my tile which was Antique White. I thought that might be too white, but went with it since I trusted his experience and knowledge of his industry. We set up an appointment for his crew to come and complete the job. They arrived on time again and went right to work. I was at work, but my husband was home and told me that he was very impressed with how effortlessly the crew worked with fantastic professionalism. They removed the items in my panty in the kitchen, moved the refrigerator, stove draw and items in the air conditioner closets to even stain the floors in those areas. I came home and was thoroughly impressed how beautiful the main living areas of my home look. The tile looks better than the day we moved in (builder talked me into an almond color for the grout.) The white grout/stain looks 100% better. Thank you Gerald and your crew. I will be calling you in the future for a follow up maintenance cleaning.

Arrived on time. Explained pro's and con's of various options i.e. cleaning tiles and re-sealing with clear sealer, cleaning tiles and applying new color grout sealer etc. Price reasonable after observing time and effort in doing job. Professional, polite and complete. Highly recommended.

Spoke with Gerald, discussed what we were looking for and where, talked options, agreed to a date and time. Gerald arrived on time, looked over the job, explained what he would do/not do, what would work, what wouldn't. Also advised how we could do the same work ourselves for maintenance. Did some extra cleaning at no additional charge, and did a great job overall. We're very pleased. Very professional, and personable. Would definitely call 3N1 again if needed, and would recommend them.

I am speechless (but in a good way). Gerald Simmons comes from that mythical place of elbow and grease. Called to tell me he was on the way and arrived shortly thereafter. Got straight to the job at hand. Gerald has this insane work ethic - he worked straight through and did not stop until he was finished, everything was gleaming and I was happy. I am thrilled with the results. If you have a restoration project or just want clean beautiful tile, book Gerald Simmons ASAP!

He arrived at my house in a timely fashion. After exchanging pleasantries, he proceeded to go to work. He moved furniture and other household items out of the way, swept, cleaned, scrubbed each area. Then he brought in heavier equipment to finish up, which included sanitizing the floor where, unknown to me, my doggie had had an "accident." I highly recommend this company and will call Mr. Simmons again in the future.

I am beyond impressed with the professionalism and workmanship of 3N1. Their responsiveness was great! I sent an email on Sunday via Angie's List to request a quote. I was interested in getting 2 bedroom carpets cleaned, a bathroom marble floor polished and all of the tile cleaned and color sealed. They came out the same day they called me (on Monday) to do the estimate (they happened to be in my area). The Owner was very thorough and went through each room with me taking notes and measuring. Then he did a sample of what it would look like when complete. He wrote up the estimate and was here today to do the job!!! Both the Owner and His team were meticulous in their work, they were exceptionally careful with all of my things and worked around me and my Husband and Dog being home today! I was as impressed with the results of the work as I was at how carefully they put every single item back in it's place when they were done. I have wanted to do my floors for so long now and didnt because I was nervous about finding the right Company and not wanting to deal having to move everything around - they did it all - and they did it to perfection! I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to anyone. They will be here in about a year to do the yearly maintenance.

I was very happy with the work of 3N1 Service and will hire them again for the yearly touch up. This was a tedious job which took three workers 8 hours to complete. All were courteous and professional. The house is so bright now and everyone notices the difference.

Gerald, the owner/operator of 3N1 Services is a true professional. He is sincere, conscientious, determined to please. It is obvious that this is HIS company and wants to have satisfied customers. He called to let me know that he would not be able to arrive at the scheduled time, saying that the job he was currently doing required more time than he had expected. Since I was to be at home for the afternoon I told him him that a later time would be fine, but please call me when he was on his way. He did call and arrived about ten minutes later. He apologized for being late and explained why it had taken extra time for the previous job. It was clear to me that he is very proud of his work and wants his customers to be satisfied. He proceeded to pretreat and clean the carpet. I have never been so pleased with a carpet cleaning service. The carpet is cleaner than it has been in years despite multiple prior cleaning by other "cleaning" services...the big, well-known companies. I will certainly call 3N1 when I need carpet cleaned....and I will recommend to friends and neighbors.

It went very well. The best things were: The carpets were cleaned well. I called on a Saturday and the owner answered. He didn't have an opening for over a week, but when I explained that I was showing my house for sale before then, he said he could do it Monday at 5:30pm, so I'm sure he and his team were working later than usual to fit me in. He was early - and had called first to confirm that was ok. They did the job efficiently. They were very pleasant and considerate. It cost less than other times when I had the carpets cleaned by other companies. I did use the Angie's list deal.

I found out about 3n1 service from an email that I received from Angie's List. I phoned 3n1 and spoke with Gerald to set up a time for an estimate. He showed up on time and clearly explained his services and options. He cleaned a sample area to show me what to expect. He also showed me a sample of grout staining. The stained sample looked GREAT, but I went with the cheaper option of just cleaning/sealing the grout. He gave me a written price (with an Angie's List discount) and showed up as scheduled to complete the work. My only minor criticism of their work is that they could have done a little better cleaning the corners. Overall, when I need this service done again, I will call 3n1.

Gerald came out in the evening to give us a quote for the job, we felt comfortable enough with him that we didn't even bother getting any estimates, we set up a start date. Gerald & Mike showed up right on time, they did a great job. They are both really nice guys too. I am a Business owner on Angie's List myself so I appreciate professionalism in other Contractors. I would highly recommend this Company.

I purchased 2 ?Big Deals? for this service. I had intended to use one to have rugs cleaned in 3 bedrooms, and the other to clean the ceramic tile in the shower. After purchasing the vouchers, the vendor informed me that the ?fine print? of the ?Big Deal? disclosed that it did not cover cleaning ceramic tile in showers/baths. Shame on me for not reading the fine print more closely ? but the big print on the advertising for the Big Deal read ?for Tile and Grout? cleaning. I suggested to the vendor and to Angie?s list that despite hiding behind the ?fine print? I thought this was deceptive advertising. I venture to guess that the vast majority of consumers would associate the cleaning of tile and grout with their shower or bath, rather than their living room floor. For it's part, after the work had already been performed, I received an email message from Angie's List offering to refund the voucher. Be that as it may, I had already used my voucher to clean the bedroom carpets and bathroom tile floor (not the shower). The vendor did a good job, removing most of the one stain on the carpet that was highly visible. The stain appeared to disappear when the carpet was wet, but now that it?s dry, the stain is in fact (barely) visible. It?s certainly better than it was before the cleaning. The tile floor is clean, though the grout coloring varies a little in a couple of spots. The vendor performed the entire job very quickly (less than one hour) with the help of another person (his mother). Although he was about 40 minutes late for the appointment, he was very courteous, and cleaned up neatly when he was done. I appreciate that he did not try to put any pressure on me to purchase additional services.

I had a moving company move a piano and the movers had some oil/grease on their shoes which appeared on my 20+ year old, off- white carpet. I saw a "big deal" on Angie's List and hired Gerald to clean the carpeted area for $89. Gerald called to let me know when he would arrive at my house. We went through the house and Gerald and his assistant, the charming Della ;) prepared the carpeted area for a cleaning. Gerald and Della completed the cleaning to my satisfaction. Before Gerald left, we discussed what it would cost to have the grouting cleaned, painted and sealed in the house. Gerald and I agreed on the estimate and he will do the work at the end of February. I'm very pleased with Gerald's company 3N1 Services.

I found the owner of the company to be very professional and kind. He did an outstanding job on my rugs. I would definately use him again. He left an estimate for grout cleaning all my tile.
