they cleaned my tile , but it was not what I had hired them to do . I hired them to re grout my tile . But when they arrived they said that they do not recommended that I regrout as they had problems in the past with the grout coming loose and had a few unhappy customers complain about grout not holding . And then went on to say ,it would be difficult to remove the old grout and they might chip the tile in the process . Now I think these Gentleman had no idea how to grout , or maybe they came with the intention of not regrouting , because they could not do it in two Hrs . In which case they should of said , we can not do the job in two man hrs at the price of $99.00 and arranged and other day and price to do the job ,or Charge me the 99.00 and any additional hrs at an agreed upon price. But to say that they cannot regrout makes them look silly and incompetent , as people have been regrouting tile for thousands of years . They also said at the onset that they would but a whiting agent on the old grout on the floor to make it look whiter , but did not do it because it did not match the grout on the walls . I think they should have consulted with me first and asked if I still wanted the grout whitened . It is my opinion if you want to regrout your tile, call a company that specializes in tile and grout repair and stay away from a cleaning company that has no business advertising that they can regrout ! AND I WOULD ALSO ADVISE THAT A PERSON HIRED TO DO WORK IN SOMEONES HOME REFRAIN FROM COMMENTING ON WHAT THE PERSON IS WATCHING ON HIS T.V. AS IT IS NONE OF HIS BUSINESS ! 11/13/2013 I am changing my rating for professionalism from a B to an F for laying on their response to my ratings of their service . I was in no way difficult , or did I give them a hard time . I in fact was very pleasant and listen to what they had to say with out much comment , my only inquire was why they felt they could not regrout . Now think about this , their original price was 250 dollars for two hrs of work , that's $125.00 an hour for two unskilled laborers to clean a bathroom floor and walls , and they think they are doing you a favor . At $125.00 an hour if they worked forty hour a week that would be $260,000 a year for cleaning bathrooms . Even if they did do the job I hired them for , and they did regout , I would think the $99.00 dollars would be a more realistic price . And to give you an example I use to have a Cleaning person come to my house a she would charge $65.00 to clean my whole house , and get it done in about Three hours .

Gerald arrived on time for my carpet cleaning. He did a great job, so we asked him if he could clean our tile in the foyer. He said no problem and made it look great. I definitely recommend his services to others.

These guys are good and would consider them again..To improve to an A they need to pay attention to detail,had to show them spots they missed ..A good knowledgeable team,arrived on time and finished the job ahead of schedule,again the quality control needs a little improving..

When he arrived I asked him to look at bathroom marble countertops. They all had water and cup stains. I am extremely pleased with 3N1 Services. Gerald contaced me the morning of the service to advise his approximate arrival time. He was right on time. He explained what the service entailed and what the result would be. After answering questions I had, Gerald started right away. After he was finished he provided more information and advised what products I could purchase at local stores to keep my grainte looking great. I would use 3N1 services again in a heartbeat (and will) as well as recommending him to friends. He is extremely professional and polite. Gerald is a genuinely nice man....in this day and age it is refreshing to find a contractor that you look forward to doing business with again. I highly recommend 3N1/Gerald.

Gerald arrived early and did an excellent job cleaning my carpets. I have had pets and it was long overdue for a good cleaning and they turned out very good. There were several spots that needed special attention and they cleaned up very nicely.

First, they were very flexible about re-scheduling and adapting to my business travel plans. Since my old tile had not been cleaned in years, they told me up-front what I could expect and what options I had. After I made a decision, they jumped to work and thoroughly cleaned the tile in my family room, dinning room, kitchen area and hallways. The process took a few hours and I was very satisfied with the results.

Gerald did a great job. It is an old sofa and he made it look like new! He is a very nice man. I definitely recommend him.

It was ok but to paint the lines terribly expensive. Think this was for 400 sq feet. Looks like a deal when you use the coupon but overall expereience not so great. Guy and his mom did what was asked in a very professional way, etc. but not sure we got our money's worth.

When Gerald came to the house he cleaned a sample spot of the grout. After waiting a while, we all agreed that the grout wasn't looking much better. I will wait till I can get the grout stained and I will certainly call Gerald to do the job. Thank you.

I was scheduled for service at 1:30 PM. They did not show up so I called them at 2:30 PM. They said they were running late and would be at my home at approximately 3:PM. They did not show up and I called them at 3:30 PM and told them not to come as I had called for a refund.

Called to schedule appointment yesterday afternoon with Gerald and he sent Michael out this am. They did a great job, very prompt and professional and did not nickel and dime for anything. He took the extra time to get the tough stains out and it looks great! I would definitely refer 3N1 to anyone in a heartbeat! Great job!!

All went well but they hit a glass cabinet door with the cleaning machine and chipped the glass. They removed the door and had the glass replaced which took about 2-3 weeks. They were very nice and the door came out perfect. I had used another cleaning service a couple of years ago and the same thing happened so I have to put up a sign not to hit the door as it is too close to the floor. the work was good and I wasn't charged extra for a closet or small hallway as some other cleaning companies do.

Right from the start, we were impressed with 3N1. They returned our inquiry call promptly, called in advance of the scheduled arrival time to confirm and upon checking our tile situation over, gave a reasonable written quote for the scope of the work we had in mind. The quote had pricing options for varying levels of work. We opted for a more extensive level of work than we had originally planned. The crew consisted of 3 men who literally worked for about 8 hours each. The crew carefully moved our furniture out of the work areas and replaced it all upon completion. My husband and I collaborated with the crew to determine exactly which grout stain would be best for each of our areas. Our kitchen tile floor is 19 years old and is at the heart of an active household. Cleaning the existing grout had become an endless chore and the results were never satisfactory. It now looks amazing, almost like a new floor. Gerald gave us solid recommendations for going forward including down to what type of mop to get. The master bath posed its own unique set of challenges and the crew did a great job bringing back the shower floor and countertop. One small area did not take properly and Gerald came back a few days later to fix it with no hassle at all. We knew the area rug was going to be very difficult to completely restore due to the damage it had sustained, but we wanted to give it a try. The crew worked on this treasured item for a significant amount of time and the rug came out much better than expected. Gerald and his crew at 3N1 were professional and pleasant to work with at all times. We would definitely hire them again for related work.

Have rectified tiles with a very small grout line. Did not realize that this makes the grout cleaning much more difficult. The guys scrubbed the grout and had to seal the grout on their hands and knees and then wipe up the excess by hand. The next cleaning will involve a change of grout color to a darker color. Two dogs and white grout don't cut it. Very good job under difficult circumstances.

I called and set an appointment for 2 days later, which they fit me into an already busy schedule. 3N1 arrived right on time, cleaned up the carpets that we had and made them look like new. We were very happy with the service. 3N1 was in and out within an hour and also gave us some advise on maintaining the carpet going forward. Overall very professional and efficient all for the right price!

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was a great service. This was our first time using them. They were clean, and they worked fast and efficiently. I can tell that there was a really big difference after they were done. I think their prices were fair.

He called me to make the appointment, although he had the address wrong he made it here shortly after the time established. he worked quickly on the countertops and polished them. The only reason why I wrote I would not use it is because I didn't see much difference on the countertops. Mine are in a good shape, maybe if somebody has a lot of buildup on it it might looked like a bigger difference, not sure. But he was very professional and even gave me the polishing of an area that was not covered for free.

I purchased a big deal from Angie's List and their services turned out very good. We made an appointment, he was on time and he performed the service that we needed. He was here for may be an hour or an hour and a half, and that was it. We did not pay anything other than the big deal was for. He did the job that he was supposed to, packed everything up and left everything nice and clean.
