Very professional demeanor on phone and in person. Provider phoned that morning to advise he was running 30 minutes late. That kind of service is unusual and very much appreciated. When he arrived I showed him my area of concern (grout in kitchen floor) which was stained from the usual amount of food spills. He informed me that cleaning it might not remove all of the stains (isn't that what grout cleaning DOES?), so he applied a stain that whitened it. Unfortunately, after he left I noticed at least two grout lines that were not done and now those areas stand out worse than before. Also, the sealant that was applied to the entire floor overlapped onto the tile in some areas and I had to scrub several times to remove it. Even now it is not completely removed. Very happy with their timeliness, but quality of work - not so much.

It was fine. They were prompt and neat. It was clean. They would have done more, I should have had them do the grout but I really had guests and I didn't have the time. I think that was probably my fault.

Mr.Simmons arrived promptly with his co-worker and proceeded to measure my countertops and commence preparing them for sealing. He was extremely polite and informative as well when I asked questions regarding care for my countertops.He cleaned the granite and did additional silicon caulking which was an extra bonus since he didn't charge me for the caulking (I gave him a cash bonus)

It went well. Gerald was very personable and knew his stuff. He did a good job.

What a wonderful company this is. My initial contact with Gerald was most pleasant and professional in nature. Gerald made a special effort to accomodate my work schedule so that he could personally arrange to give me an estimate on my tile work. Gerald was right on time and he was able to quickly assess my needs. An appointment date and time was made and he and his partner, Mark, were right on time. Gerald and Mark spent approximately 6-7 hours at my home, and were meticulious in their craftsmanship. What impressed me the most involved a portion of tile located in my pantry; I had, in the past, tile service at my home, and neither of the companies that performed the work were able to remove staining from the tile. To my delight, Gerald and Mark were able to bring that portion of the tiling back to perfection. Another area that impressed me was that Gerald and Mark were extremely neat during and after the process, and when they left, I virtually had no clean-up. In closing, I can say, without equivocation, the workmanship was top-notch, and I would, in a minute, recommend the services of 3N1 to friends and family. The professionalism, mannerism and craftmanship reminded me of the "good old days" where a promise made was a promise kept, and where the expectations of the client were met, or, in my case, exceeded. Gerald was very professional and did an excellent job. Because we just had a new driveway installed he had to leave his truck out in the road but this posed no problem. All the work was quickly done and the sectional looks like new.

It went well. Provider explained that tile was old so the grout has deteriorated in places, so it would not be stain free looking unless I were to color stain it. We discussed that process and the cost and I decided to just do the cleaning deal I purchased on Angie's List and later determine if I wanted to go for that option. The floors came out as good as could be expected due to their condition. They look much better than they did! I would definitely recommend 3N1 Services.

Gerald the owner was there every day and he was a professional throughout. He worked very h****** my marble floor and spent a couple days extra on top of what he planned to make sure my wife and eye were happy. Thanks for making our marble floors look new!!

Gerald and Mark did an excellent job. They moved all the furniture, protected areas from chemicals, stripped, ground, polished, buffed and sealed the marble floor, cleaned up, and moved all the furniture back. The marble looks better than it did the day I inspected the house, and probably is better than it has ever been, including when the marble was installed. We had someone else attempt to do this a year ago, and there is no comparison. We never expected it could look this nice! To top it off, the cost was very fair; in fact, Gerald's first quote was so much lower than his larger competitor, that even after the competitor lowered their quote twice it still was higher. I wont bother calling anyone else next time I need any flooring cleaned.

Awesome... they were on time. Very knowledgeable. They came and did the word professionally and quickly. Gerald is very nice and easy to work with. They cleaned up after themselves and had good ideas on how to make my furniture and floors better. He offered to give us a sample of his grout cleaning service but i was short on time and was not able to see his work. Maybe next time. I would recommend him to do your cleaning services.

Gerald contacted me right away after I purchased the seal from Angies list. He scheduled my appointment the same week and called before he came to the appointment, was very professional and even showed me how the sealing helped the water bead up on the surface of the granite when he was done sealing it. By purchasing the Deal on Angie's List, I ended up saving a little bit of money in the long run. I would use the company again in the future.

I didn't call 3N1 Services right away, because I was waiting to see when my current contractor would be finished with the current job being done in my house. Then I spoke with Gerald on the evening of 1/14/14 to explain my situation. He was very courteous and accommodating. Gave me a tentative date for Wednesday 1/22/14, which I accepted, but I also asked him if I needed to cancel would that be a problem?, to which he said no. In the interim, my current contractor says he can do the job, so since he's already here, I've decided to give him the job. V.L.

They did more work than what was designated in the offer. They were prompt, they did an excellent job, and they worked in a very clean way. They were very pleasant to have in the house. They did an excellent job and I am delighted with my countertops. The granite countertops did not smear the way they did previously. If something was just put down on the counter I would have to clean the counter and wipe it up. Now there is very little that ever shows that I put down. It really made it much easier.

I contacted 3N1 Services through Angie's list. They had a "special" listed on your website. I called and got Gerald, the owner of the business. He was polite and pro-active on the phone. As I discussed what the price would be for the various jobs that I was considering, he was straight forward with those prices. I thanked him for his help. I did some of my own calculations and estimates, and after looking at the "suggested retail price" of each job, I came up with a total that would have been too high for me. I made my own estimates, allowing generous per/hour labor costs, chemicals, gasoline to and from his headquarters, etc etc, and I made what I considered a very reasonable offer to have the above mentioned jobs accomplished. I sent an email with my offer, with the logic of how I came to my price, and offered something lower than the suggested retail price for each separate job. in hopes of saving some money by doing several jobs in one visit. I received an email from Gerald Simmons letting me know that he does not usually do this, but that he would accept my offer. We made the date for 20 January 2014 (today). Gerald and his cousin Mark came to my home almost on time, but he had called to tell me that he'd be slightly late. We all become victims of South Florida traffic. He was driving about 30 miles to get to my house. He came in and previewed the job as I walked him through our home. The carpets were a disgrace, with lots of pet stains from our seemingly untrainable Maltese dog. This did not intimidate Gerald, but he did say, that it would be difficult to get all the stains out, and it may not be possible. I understood that. Gerald and his cousin Mark went to work. They worked steadily for about 5 hours completing all the jobs. They came out VERY well. They are both Christian men, and their general work ethic and integrity shined through. It was a pleasure to have them in my home, and I'll call them again when I need another carpet / furniture cleaning.

, Could not ask for a more friendly, professional and thorough cleaning company. They arrived on time, surveyed the work that needed to be done and went right to work! Never had a better job done ! Sofa and carpets look amazing! We would never use another company and highly recommend them! They also do tile and grout cleaning as well as marble floors. Trust me, you will not be disappointed!! It was good. He came as promised and did the job for the special price. Will I do it again? No. It didn't look any better when he left. I wouldn't say he polished it...he cleaned it really good. I wasn't upset that I spent the $99 but I will not do it again. Honestly, what he did...I can do the same with Home Depot with the polisher...I thought it was something different...something that I couldn't do.

Even though I had purchased the Big Deal he asked me for a check for the service. His work was sloppy.

It was fine. It was fast and the stuff looks very good. It was so fast, I could hardly believe it. They do another service of cleaning the grout and I would probably hire them for that.

Contractor came to my house and evaluated the countertops I have and said his service would not work on this surface. He was courteous.

Arrived promptly and explained services thoroughly. Was very professional and easy to communicate with. Explained that since our tile finish is badly worn, the results of his service may not be completely what we would like to achieve. Appreciated his honesty. If we decide to go ahead with a whole house cleaning and grout sealing we will call this company.

It worked out the same as all the other deals worked out. They come out and tell me $89 is only for this and what I really needed is this and the price for it. He wanted to sell me that we could paint the grout and we can do this and do that but that was not included in the $89. They wanted more money than advertised. The work was fine but I had to pay extra money for it. They came out right away to do the work.
