Tried to up-sell, made excuses, they whiten the grout in some spots but it was still black in other spots, very patchy.

They literally used their aerosol product, wiped down, which I assumed was the polishing. I did not notice the significant high shine I expected.

I had a problem with the dates but he sorted it all out. He cleaned my sofas and I paid extra to have him clean a rug. The service was wonderful and I was very happy with his work.

Had 4 rooms of carpet cleaned and had a very tough stain in the master bedroom that he was able to remove. Also, cleaned all of my marble floors and they look like new!! Used him again last week for my business and he did another great job!

Gerald was punctual and very professional. I will definitely use him again for future cleaning needs! My granite looks new again!

Great job!! Gerald was so helpful answering questions and very honest. We were deciding between cleaning the grout only, cleaning it and sealing it, or cleaning, staining and sealing it on our new home. He came over and did a sample spot for us, and gave us his honest opinions of all the services for our situation. He even looked at a bathroom for us, and advised us we could perform the work ourselves if we were willing to put in the effort, instead of paying him to do it. Wonderful experience and the grout cleaned up great! Will definitely keep the magnet for future business and referrals!

Called as he said he would. Arrived oon time. He and his partner set to work. Completed tasks at hand in a timely fashion,answered any questions i had, were professional, kind and would highly recommend them. It is pleasant to find such pros are still around.

Called and owner came to my house in the same day, he did a sample for the tile cleaning and grout cleaning. Didn't hire them because it was very expensive, did the job with another company who charged half of what this one was asking.

They are terrific and reliable. They are dependable and very nice. I will continue to use them in the future.

Gerald Simmons showed up exactly when he said he would and is a very nice, detailed and non stop hard working gentleman. He did exactly what he said he would do and more cleaning, grouting and polishing my counter tops. He works quickly without stopping his work to chat. He is very professional and I would highly suggest using him.

Gerald and Rodolfo were an absolute pleasure to do business with and I will highly recommend them to all of my family and friends. They were punctual, organized, polite and professional. These gentlemen understood my desire to have the floors addressed as soon as possible and they reorganized their schedule to work all day on a Saturday to accommodate my request. Gerald and Rodolfo were literally at my house from 8:30 AM until 7:00 PM working the entire day to make sure the outcome exceeded my expectations. Their work ethic was tremendous and their overall dispositions were very enjoyable. I appreciate them explaining the entire process and informing my wife and I along the way as to which part of the process they were performing and why. As anyone can deduce from the aforementioned commentary, we were very pleased with the work and genuinely view them as an asset to Angie’s list.

The guy came very late. I don't think he did a, he did pretty average. The cleaning of the granite was more like the cleaning of tile and grout. They came into the house to do one thing and he tried to sell other services. He was spraying a product out of an unmarked bottle and when I asked him about it and showed him what I had, he said that what I had was the good stuff and if I wanted he could apply it. So, he ended up using my product to seal the granite. I could have done that myself.

They did half of the work in the kitchen and the other half in the bathroom. Two technicians came out for the service and worked for about one hour. The service was very good. They followed through on all their promises.

Gerald and Mr. Cunningham did an excellent job. We have carpet that is 21 years old and tile that is 32 years old and they both look like new now. Thet were friendly, courteous and professional. We definately recommend 3N1 Services and will use their services again

I booked this in October, but it took me until February to repaint the bathroom, which I wanted to do before they got here. They arrived promptly as scheduled in February. They worked quickly and neatly. They were very personable. I was very pleased.

The big deal worked out fine, and I would use them again. They came and measured, and it was a little more sq footage than what was on the big deal. The big deal said 150sq feet, and I had 300 sq feet, and they said they would do it for the same price, which I thought was very good. They were very professional, and I thought they did a great job. I liked the outcome, it looked beautiful when they were done. I would tell people not to be afraid to use them. They are a good company, I would use them again.

The person that came out was great. I just do not think that it is something that I would do again. He advised me that it was going to come out spotty and it did come out spotty but it came out cleaner than it was before. What I have learned is that I am never going to use grout cleaning services again because I got on my knees and I was able to do a much better job. I only saved time but I did not get a quality work out of it. He was good but I spent an extra $50 or $100 for the service. The deal covered a very small area so I just added the dining room area. He came out to do the job about two weeks after I purchased the deal. I would not use him again in the future but not because he was bad. It is just that I learned my lesson about the service in general.

He came out and did the marble cleaning for me in my kitchen. One cleaner came out and he did a very good job. He provided a good service and it was a basic cleaning since I do keep my countertops pretty clean myself. After the cleaning and polishing and I was able to use them right away. He was very professional, on time and he made sure everything was left clean. I did have to pay a little bit more due to having more counter space; I paid about $100+ more. I will be using him again tomorrow to do my bathroom granite countertops.

Gerald was very easy to work with. It was easy to set up the appointment and he completed the work in a timely fashion.
