Everything went okay, I have porcelain tiles and the color mushroom he suggested worked just fine for the grout lines. they look good. He was courteous, clean and cleaned after work was done. Told me what to use to maintain the grouts and would follow up in a year to check. If I had any questions to feel free to call him.. Also left me a little touch-up of the color stain if something should spill on the grout.

Very satisfied with service. Technician was professional and explained what he was going to do. He asked if any questions and concerns about the job and if any special areas to address. He moved some furniture around as requested and got some of the tough stains out.

Since moving into my house, I have never, ever been able to get my tile floors and grout sufficiently clean. The floors would always remain sticky with yet another layer of dirt that I just couldn't get clean, no matter what cleaning method or product I used. When I saw Angie's Big Deal, I immediately signed up for it. Jerold Simmons arrived on time and immediately got down to business by demonstrating on 1 tile what the end result would look like. It was so amazingly bright and clean that I signed up to have the rest of my house cleaned, plus one wool area rug. Upon painstakingly cleaning and sealing all of the tile floors in my house, my house never looked so clean! Plus the area rug looks beautiful and the colors stand out again. 3N1 Services did an amazing job on my floors and I would not hesitate to recommend them to my friends. I will definitely use them again.

Very happy with Gerald's work. He was timely, did a great job with the river rock and porcelain tile, and left no mess. He even pointed out an area in the shower that needed to be re-grouted, along with areas around the toilet that needed to be re-caulked. He did not charge any extra for the re-grouting and re-caulking. Would definitely use him again.

We have 1,100 feet of tile in our house. They did tile grout color matching in the bathroom. They also did the screened in outdoor patio, they cleaned and polished all of that. The grout was almost black, they cleaned all of that up. Two people came out to do the work. It took them around a couple of hours to do the work. When Gerald came out to quote, he by hand, showed us a sample of how the finished tile would look after cleaning the grout. They are all about service and doing a good job. They are very prompt. He called us right away and was out in no time. For the whole job it was about 1,400 sqare feet that was completed. The coloring matching of the grout took the longest because it is all done by hand. I would tell a friend or family member, they are prompt, very detail oriented. I would have no hesistation recommending them.

3N1 was a pleasure to do business with. They were very flexible and worked with my busy schedule a time that worked for me. They did a great job cleaning both my carpet and tile and also were able to pressure wash the front of my house, getting it ready for sale. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs carpet or tile cleaned.

They were very timely and friendly w/out skimping on quality ... we will use them again. Being new to the area its hard to start over with all new vendors but they were a great choice.

I had not cleaned the grout in, well lets call it a decade. Had to have it done in order to sell the house. Called Gerald and he was in my house later that afternoon to give me the estimate. He arrived earlier than our agreed upon time the next day, which was great. The floor looks brand new. He even fixed up some dings and made them go away. He is a very personable guy, even my Weimaraner Gracie gave him the doggie thumbs up. She's a great judge of character. By all means, call Gerald next time you need your tile really really clean.

Gerald brought in his equipment and cleaned all three floors and the shower and tub areas. He also meticulously cleaned around the toilets, shower and tubs and removed the caulking I had put around the tub. He then re-grouted the bathroom floors and showers. In the kitchen, he cleaned the floor and repainted the grout to match the ceramic tile and it came out beautifully - looks better than when we first moved in to the new house. I was amazed at this total transformation. Gerald also touched up a few nicks we had in the tile and caulked between the ceramic tile and the baseboard which had separated a little over time. The kitchen and entryway look fantastic! Finally, he cleaned off the bathrooms of excess grout and made sure everything was spic and span. The bathroom floors and tub/shower area sparkle. They look brand new. All of this was completed in the exact time-frame he told us. I just wish to end by saying that Gerald was very prompt, professional, courteous, respectful of our space and cleaned up everything after the job was completed. I can only add that I would recommend him highly to anyone I know of that needs this type of service. Thank you sir.

Gerald Simmons arrived on time on the day of the appointment and proceeded to clean the and seal the entire house floor plus he cleaned the carpet in the den. I could not be happier with the service, quality of the work and courtesy of the entire staff. I cannot recommend them enough and I thank Angie's list for helping me find them.

The silk rugs had a problem but the provider has offered to fix it

The service turned out okay. The gentleman was very thorough and very polite, and the work was okay. The company was very professional, and the actual work that they did was a little bit below my expectations.

Can't say enough positive things about and 3n1 in general. Gerald worked with me to accommodate my schedule and was attentive to all my requests. The cost of the project was reasonable but more than his competitors. It was worth paying a bit more for the quality of work, customer service and quick scheduling. Plus companies who quote less tend to have hidden fees and extras that you find out about after. Best of all the floors look fabulous.

Gerald is very professional, reliable, and overall provided stellar Services. He was a real pleasure to work with. Additionally Gerald followed up to several days later to see if we were happy with his work. My wife and I loved the the "white glove" customer service he gave us. We absolutely recommend Gerald's Services. He takes great pride in the work he does and is truly a trusted Service provider. As a bonus we also received in the mail a personal hand written note thanking us for being a new customer along with a nice gift card as a token of his appreciation. .....a class act!!!!!!

They did a fantastic job. It was a two day process. They took the old grout out and then replaced it and then a few days later they diamond bright ground it down and then polished the floor.

He did a great job and I am VERY happy with how the floor looks now. He went over and over it to achieve this beautiful finished result. The contractor pulled up the nails even though I asked that be sawed off when a wall was removed. 3N1 is honest and told me I would have to call a specialist to do the terrazzo repair. I did and in order to get a decent price, I had to use the new contractor for the remainder of the job. However, I will use 3N1 again for all my terrazzo, marble and clay tile cleaning.

very professional, punctual and thorough, and very nice mannerism!! I would definitely deal with this provider again in the future when my couch, love seat, and tiles need cleaning again . I originally called Gerard the owner to just clean the upholstery but, ended up having him do the tiles also. By the way my white couch and love seat look almost brand new, and the tiles also look great.

We bought our current home a little over a year ago. At that time we cleaned the carpets ourselves. Now, a year later the carpets needed cleaning again. This time we decided to get the carpets professionally cleaned, and searched on Angie's list for a good provider. 3N1 seemed a good fit for us, so we called to setup an appointment to get an estimate. Gerald Simmons was very professional, and we were able to get a convenient date within days of the call. On the day of the appointment, Mr. Simmons arrived about 2:30 pm., evaluated the work we wanted done and gave me a reasonable estimate, and explained my options and set my expectations. As the estimate was within our budget, and he told me he would be able to perform and finish the work the same day, I requested he do so. He got all his tools and materials out of his van and started about 3:00 pm. In our master bathroom he cleaned the tiles and grout and then stained the grout. Now our bathroom tiles look like they were just placed (nice, clean, bright and shiny). Next he cleaned the tiles in the cabana bath and stained the grout there as well (very clean and bright). Then he cleaned the carpets in the three bedrooms, paying special attention to high traffic areas. The A/C's were set to as low a temperature we could stand, and the ceiling fans were set to the highest speed. Mr Simmons finished the job by 7:00 pm. Something we very much appreciated, because of our schedules that would not allow for him to come back another day in the near future. The next day my wife and I looked at work done in daylight, and were very pleasantly surprised. The carpets came out nice, but the master bathroom was the best. The tiles and grout look like newly done. I would certainly use this company again. Great job! Thank you very much, Gerald.

Mr Gerald Simmons, the owner and only workman was fantastic. He is punctual, polite, professional, as well as helpful and extremely knowledgeable about carpet and tile. He was on time and cleaned the carpets perfectly. We liked the job so much that he is coming back to clean the 18" tile and grout in our home.

Mr. Simmons was very personable and professional. He replaced the caulking in both of our bathrooms and cleaned the grout between the floor tiles. The bathrooms look new again - what a difference! We are very pleased and will definitely use his services again.
