I reached out to 3N1 by email late one evening. The next morning I got a phone call from Gerald. He was incredibly helpful over the phone and provided me with a thorough explanation of the services he could provide to us. We closed on our new home on 8/22/14 and contacted Gerald to see if he could come out and provide us with a quote to clean our floor tiles. He arrived on time, gave us a fantastic demonstration of the tile cleaning/grout sealing process. We were so in awe of the results we immediately asked him if he could take care of our home (previous owners had to large dogs and the tile floors were in bad shape). The difficulty is that we reached out to Gerald very last minute. Our furniture was being delivered on Monday, 8/25/14 and we wanted the tile sealed and the grout painted before the movers arrived. Gerald was so accommodating. He brought in his crew on Sunday, 8/24/14 at 8AM to make sure the work could get done in time to meet our 8/25/14 deadline. He was early, extremely professional, and by the time he and his crew left in the late afternoon all of the tile in our home (1990 sq ft) looked incredible. In addition, he also buffed our granite countertops in our kitchen, as well as in our Master Bathroom at No Charge! Attached is a picture that shows the tile/grout before (top of the photo) and the after (lower portion of the photo). A few days later we received a personal handwritten note from Gerald thanking us for the business and a Starbuck's gift card. His professionalism and customer service skills are very rare and hard to find. He truly has a heart for his customers and goes above and beyond to meet and exceed their expectations. We would highly recommend 3N1 Services. This is a company owned by a man who displays a tremendous amount of integrity and we are thankful for all that he did for us to move into our new home. Gerald is great. Very punctual and quick to respond. This will be the second time I have used his services. The first time went very smoothly and he did a great job. I called him again and he was able to come out the next day to give me a quote. He is not the cheapest guy around, but he does a superior job. I have apartment rentals, and had tried two people before him for other apartments. They were both very negative experiences. Gerald was extremely professional and very helpful to get the job done right. He was very patient with me deciding grout color to go over the old black grout on the floors that had been installed 20 years ago. Highly recommend him.

Gerald and Mike were professional and very hard workers, they didn't even stop for a lunch break. My floor came out so good it is hard to tell that I didn't replace my tiles. I never knew how much dirt I was pushing around when I was mopping my floors. Honestly my home smells cleaner with the dirt gone. I have always had dogs and two kids and their friends in and out that grew up in my home. Now I still have two dogs but my kids are on their own and I'm sure this will last a long time. I would recommend 3N1 and have friends that are already asking for their information, after they saw the results. They showed up on time and got right to work and made it very easy for me to stay in my home while they were here. They were not noisy and very pleasant.

Gerald was very professional and was on time for the appointment. He answered the phone or returned my calls immediately. The time and cost was more than he estimated on the phone (probably due to the extent of the work) but he completed the job beautifully. He even spent time to go to his warehouse to get a different product in order to complete the job. The shower floor looks great. I would definitely recommend him and use him again.

The company personnel showed up on time for both the estimate appointment and for the job. They worked efficiently and quickly and we were most impressed with their work.

The job went as smooth as possible. They were on time, professional, educational and the floors took great. We are very happy with the results. After negotiating the price, they went above and beyond by also cleaning the back patio tile floors at no extra cost. We will definitely use this company again and would have NO problem recommending them to others. You will not be dissappointed.

Arrived on time for cost estimate and provided quote on the spot in writing. I called a few days later and agreed to have the work performed and two days later the work was complete. Neat and quick. Gerald was easy to work with and did good work.

I am sorry i forgot all the details, like the date to perform the job. We spoke to make a date of appointment that he's available and call me back but i heard no more.

Gerald and his team were punctual, courteous and respectful. Gerald came over the same day I called (on a Saturday) to measure and estimate. He provided sample work on a tile of both clean and seal plus clean, stain and seal. We have white tile with what used to be white grout. Our house was built in 1989 and we have the original tile. I have an OCD wife who cleans each and every weekend, without fail and for hours. After cleaning, the home is spic and span, but the grout and tile appeared a bit outdated. We plan to refloor our entire home someday, but it's not in the budget today. After the cleaning, staining and sealing, our tile actually looks new. We are very, very happy. The home appears to have a lot more light and rooms appear larger. They did a fantastic job and I highly recommend Gerald and team.

Gerald is very personable and professional. He arrived a day before the job was to be done to show us a sample of what result we could expect. The grout was dirty and had likely never been professionally cleaned. Gerald and his associate ran the machines and then were glad to come back through the tiled areas with brushes to manually scrub the darker areas between the tiles. Both men were friendly, and I would use this service again.

Mr. Gerald Simmons is a pleasure to do business with. He arrived on time and called beforehand. The job at our house was a very difficult one. We have a room with Mexican tiles and had purchased FLOR square carpet tiles to place on a portion of the room. Although the FLOR carpet tiles are marketed as moveable/temporary, they stuck to the Mexican tiles and damaged them, (FLOR actually refunded us some money). The carpet tiles have rubber backing and this reacted with the Mexican tiles to the point that the carpet tiles could not be removed. When Mr. Simmons agreed to do the job, nor he nor we knew how terribly difficult it would be to remove the carpet tiles from the Mexican tiles. Rather than abandoning the job when he realized how difficult it would be, Mr. Simmons stuck it out and painstakingly removed the stuck FLOR carpet tiles all the while being very careful to not damage the Mexican tiles more than they were already damaged by the FLOR product. He did not complain and was able to actually strip and reseal the Mexican tiles so that the damage done to them by the FLOR carpet tiles was far less apparent. We ended up with a good looking result thanks to Mr. Simmons patience, skills and hard work. We highly recommend Mr. Gerald Simmons of 3N1 Services.

Everything went well... they did a good job!

He and his helper were very professional. They spent the entire day cleaning all floor tile in living room, den, and both bathrooms. They then repainted all grout, after showing us and recommending the appropriate colors. Also cleaned all bathroom tile, including showers and bathtub, and regrouted some problem areas. All areas now look now. We recently purchased the house; previous owners appear not to have done any professional cleaning in 13 years they owned it. 3 n 1 also removed two area oriental rugs, and cleaned them at their premises and returned and replaced them after tile cleaning and painting completed. Services were not inexpensive, but were performed in a very satisfactory manner. For this job, we got what we paid for.

The carpet and upholstery cleaning were well done (although the provider did not move the furniture -- I moved it myself, to maximize the cleaning of the entire floor area). I was disappointed in the tile cleaning. I had scrubbed a few tiles with scouring powder and saw that they could be cleaned. The methods used by the provider did not get the tiles as clean as my "hands and knees and elbow grease" approach. I am needing to go back to that method to get the tile clean. The promptness and attitude were professional. Perhaps my tile is especially difficult to clean, so overall I am giving a "B" grade.

MR Simmons did a beautiful job on my floors. He was prompt,courteous and very friendly. I highly recommend him to anyone. Truly was an excellent experience, He protected my draperies and appliances which is a major concern when having floors done. I have already made appointment for additional work. Very happy and satisfied with this provider !

Gerald came in and game me an estimate and provided a sample cleaning and staining of a tile. We scheduled the appointment and he arrived within 10 minutes of the promised time. Work was very well done. The floors look great. Project included the kitchen, upper living room, dining room, and two hallways. The work was so well done I added the master bedroom while he was here. Neat, professional, pleasant, and thorough. I would highly recommend him for others and would use him for future projects. We have already begun discussing possible re-grouting of the two small bathrooms.

No show on dates given online. I called the service stated will show up another date at 9am, no show stated he had another long job can show up at 3pm. Once again no show, stated running late could possibly be at my house at 4:40pm from Boca Raton. I declined any further service

Based on positive reviews I'd read on Angie's List, I called Gerald Simmons because a friend accidentally spilled red wine on our beige area rug during a dinner party. While we were able to remove most of the "red" color ourselves, there was still a dark stain. Gerald set an appointment for a few days later and he showed up on time as promised. I also asked about cleaning our tile floors figuring he would have to do that at another time. But the price he quoted was fair to what we had paid in the past and he said he could do it that day, which was great as we had a trip planned in a few days hence! Also in our guest bath, he showed us how he could clean and color stain the white grout that had turned grey. He set right to work moving furniture and protecting other pieces and appliances as needed. He did get the dark stain out of the carpet, along with a few other stains I hadn't noticed, and the ceramic tile and bathroom tile/grout looked new. He also recommended floor cleaner that I should use when cleaning the tile, something I could easily get at Home Depot or Lowe's. He was very personable and efficient! I will be calling him again in the fall for cleaning our carpets!

They took a look at the job and they were not able to do what we needed. The grout was painted and they were not able to properly clean the grout. They were very prompt and professional. I really appreciated their honesty.

Gerald was very Professional and efficient. He was very upfront with his services and expected results. He offered to show me the end result and offered additional options if I was not happy with the results. Very truthful about services and you don't see that now a days. Buying new home in the very near future and will have him clean that tile if needed!

Gerald is very friendly and very knowledgeable. He did an excellent job polishing our marble countertops in our kitchen.
