The service was good. We paid an additional amount, but it didn't go over as much as they did extra work. They were prompt.

He was very nice and very prompt but the scope of the job was just different than what we were hoping for. The price was just too high for what we needed to do.

Very professional explained options listen to what I needed and gave me a fair price. They were on time and clean. Gerald was able to get all the oil stains out of the carpet I am very happy with their service. Granite looks great too.

When I called, Gerald was willing to provide me his pricing over the phone and offered to come to my house in order to perform a review of my floors and provide me with a free written estimate. Several days later he came to my house, after 5pm, which was nice for me because of my work schedule, he measured all of my floors, shared photos of his work with me and left me with a written estimate that I could then review with my husband. About a week later I called to schedule the service. They were right on time the morning of my appointment and went out of their way to assist with all of my requests. My floors look great now. Super clean and the mexican tile is shining like I've never seen it. The fact that Gerald knew how to handle the mexican tile as well as the ceramic and was able to clean my rugs too, made him the obvious choice - a one stop shop for sure. And now that I know the quality of his service, I would not hesitate to call him in the future.

This was a huge job. Gerald, owner of 3N1, promised me that my floor would look like new. It does. The floor was in poor condition, the grout a mess. It now shines like glass. The grout was stained a soft grey and looks fantastic. I could not be more pleased!

I contacted them and scheduled an appointment. I had told them I needed them to come out between a certain time frame, that he agreed to that. Well the day of the appointment, he never showed up and never called either. I have not heard from them since.

Actually it went spectacular!! Completely redoing home asked Gerald to give us an estimate ,which he did probably a month ago! Redoing a home with 10 different contractors can be challenging however we scheduled Gerald and twice had to push him back due to nonperformance by others, however just a call to Gerald and no problem to reschedule! We finally set a date and again we were let down by a mother contractor who came on time but created a complete mess, nonetheless we wanted to proceed and the day Gerald showed with all his equipment, set up dragged it inside after a few minutes came over and said he would proceed if we wanted but in his opinion it would be a waste of my money to do the rugs that day as other things really needed to be completed prior to cleaning or in his opinion he would simply not be able to do the quality of work he does!! Who does that?? Most people would take your money and come back in a month and take it again!! We really wanted to get it done that day however we took his advice and after other things were finished which was only maybe a week! We called he came back the next day and scrubbed and scoured everything until it actually looked new!! So if you want an honest, hard working and excellent results you need not look any farther!! Couldn't be happier with dealing with 3n1!!

Gerald Simmons from 3N1 was contacted to clean the tiles on the inside of my rental home and color stain the grout. I also requested that he clean the mexican tile on the outside patio and stain that as well. I authorized the tenant of the home to work with Gerald to set up a time for cleaning; however, I notified Gerald that the payment would come from me. Gerald was supposed to set up a date and time to give me an estimate. Well, he set up the date and time to do the cleaning. Because I was working without my cell phone at that time, he and the tenant were unable to reach me for approval (since I'm paying). The tenant asked him to reschedule. When I spoke with the tenant later that day, she told me that Gerald quoted the job at $1,080. I was a bit shocked at the price because it seemed high to me, but I did notice that 3N1 had the highest rating on Angie's List so I believed the quality of the work would be worth that amount. After contacting Gerald to reschedule, he told me he'd have to charge me extra to come back and complete the work (I'm not sure what happened to the free estimate). All he could state was that my rental house was very far from his business, which made no sense because the 3N1 website advertises business in Palm Beach County, which is where my rental home is located. Nevertheless, I hired Gerald to do the job. I can't even explain the thoughts I had as the tenant sent the pictures to my phone. First, the color stain on the grout inside was crooked. Gerald and his associate painted the tiles and didn't clean them off, which is what you're supposed to do. This was evident in quite a few spots in the house. Second, it basically looked like he did nothing to the patio tiles. There were still plenty of dirty spots on the patio. He sprayed dirt on the walls on the house and didn't clean them off. It was just a very bad job. I had to call Gerald to go back to the house to fix the mistakes. He still didn't do the best job, but at this point, he could only come up with excuses. After I spoke to Gerald again, I told him I was still unsatisfied with the patio (it's pretty sad when the tenant told me she paid someone previously $50 to clean the patio and they did a better job than 3N1). I offered to send him pictures and his response to me was, "no, I know what the patio looks like." I was shocked that he could admit he didn't do the best job and still left the home looking the way it did. Gerald agreed to go back to the rental home and redo the patio. It looked much better, but I was disappointed that he didn't put that effort into the cleaning the first time around. After all of this, he agreed to lower the price by $100. I still don't think this entire process was worth $800, but I'm just happy to be done with this company. I will not hire this company again.

He was extremely kind. He took time out of his busy day and covered everything with me even though I didn’t end up using his service. I misunderstood the ad. I was impressed with him and would use him if and when I can afford it. He even went over other projects in my house that weren’t included in the Deal.

Look no further if you need your carpet cleaned by a true professional who is kind, courteous, respectful and lives up to what he says - that he treats people the way he would like to be treated. It was an honor to have the owner in my home. He moved all the furniture by himself. He provided booties for the family to wear while the carpet dried. This company is a true gem.

Gerald arrived on time and measured the area to be cleaned and sealed. The angieslist deal was $170.00 for up to 300 sq ft of ceramic or tile floors only. He said I had 500 sq ft and we agreed to an extra $155.00 to do the entire job. The floors have only been mopped with vinegar and water for years as there has been dogs around. Wanted to be careful of any chemicals applied. He sprayed something on the tiles and then used a brush to scrub the areas. He used a large circular machine next to scrub the floors and later cleaned the areas and dried them. I am very pleased with his work and the floors are beautiful. I can see the white grout clearly after living here for 20 years. Gerald is friendly, professional and communicated what he was going to do and about how long it would take. I retired to a bedroom with a t.v. and stayed out of his way.

3N1 did a great job cleaning our carpets. The area rugs were handled with care. They were very professional and they went the extra mile to make sure we were very happy with their job. Thank you! Will recommend to our friends. :-)

gerald was prompt courteous and did a great job...makes the inside of our house look brand new...would recommend without hesitation!

Most important to me..he answer's the phone, comes when he says he will and does more than expected. My floors haven't been cleaned since they were installed. Gerald and Michael called and arrived right on time. They prepped the floor, then brought in the machine...waited for it to dry and seal the whole place. While waiting for the floor to dry he cleaned a area rug I have at no additional cost. I will be passing their business cards around to everyone I know. It's nice to have people that take pride in what they do. Thanks guys!

Gerald is an extremely nice, professional who does excellent work and provided more than was originally promised in the estimate. He is neat and cleans up after the work is done and is a pleasure to deal with. I would recommend him in a heartbeat!!
