Gerald arrived on time and he and his assistant went right to work and worked diligently until the job was done; and the job was amasing. The floors and grout look better than when originally installed. There are good reasons why this company is so highly rated - Quality results, Professional performance and personality;dealing with an intelligent and courteous owner only made the job that much more satisfying. Gerald is willing to do what is necessary to please the customer. If only all american businesses were run like he runs his. We will use him in the future to do the necessary periodic cleaning/touch-ups. Hire this man; you will not be disappointed.

The crew began the job on time at 8:30 AM. They worked without break until 12:30 PM when they took a short lunch break. They returned to work and finished the job about 7:30 PM. They very carefully moved furniture to access areas to clean and then moved the furniture back into place. They used big fans to dry the carpets in the bedrooms. After cleaning the tile floor they dried the floor and then added grout where needed and then sealed. They were able to match the color of the tile with the grout sealer which really makes the grout line invisible.These guys are magicians with tile. Our floors have never looked so clean. Everything was perfect from start to finish. Gerald promptly returned my phone call and scheduled the date of service quickly. On the date of service, they arrived on time and were very professional and super nice and easy to work with. All areas worked on look great, price was reasonable -- I would recommend them highly to anyone.

I had purchased a big deal for the service, and I was not that pleased with the end result. I thought the effect of the polishing were going to be much more noticeable. I thought the granite would have a much more noticeable shine as a result of the treatment than it did, so maybe my expectations were too high.

I have used 3N1 twice. First time he had to call and reschedule twice. Second time went perfect. Works quickly, does good job. Friendly professional manner.

Gerald and Jamie showed up exactly on time. Brought in buffer, chemicals, electric dryer and mops and buckets and did exactly what they were supposed to do. They did not try and upsell me, which I expected at the price I paid. One note, if you have old stained grout you will have to have it colored and sealed.

Prompt, courteous and professional. We were very satisfied with the service. We would recommend Gerald and his team to anyone. They worked all day Saturday, even showing up after I failed to confirm the scheduled appointment and called in a panic to see if they could still come.

The crew was professional and did an excellent job. The tiles and grouts are 20 years plus but now look brand new. The price is reasonable for the services provided.

It turned out to a $2000 job, and it was wonderful. The guy was terrific. They did a great job. They were reasonable, on time, clean, they did what they said they were going to do, they put all the furniture back and they were very respectful. I would not hesitate to use them again, or to recommend them.

The big deal was $99 for stone or granite cleaning or polishing, and he did a nice job. The service was very good. He was punctual, and he did what he said he was going to do.

I got in contact with Gerald because my in laws were moving from one apartment to another in the same building and had two white naven wool rugs to be cleaned before they moved. Gerald was extremely prompt, informative, and helpful. I was very pleased to hear that although he didn't normally work in our area he would still do the rug cleaning for me. He gave the price over the phone and we arranged a time for him to come and pick up the rugs. At every point of contact with Gerald he made sure I fully understood the cleaning process and turn around time. He arrived when he said he would and before leaving with the rugs (they clean rugs at the company's location) he advised me that since the rugs were a little on the old side (25 years old) that they may need some repairs as he noticed the backing was coming off on our floor once lifted. He said he wouldn't do any additional services without letting me know first. We ended up needing to get new backing on the rugs, and some repairs. I was sent pictures to show me what needed repairing. Gerald did not withhold any information and offered many options. He also added some non slip padding so the rugs would not slip. He delivered the cleaned rugs when he said he would. Overall I was very happy I contact Gerald, I will be using his services in the future, without a doubt. I felt at ease through the entire process and it seems his main goal was customer service and making sure we were beyond happy with his services.
