I got estimates from 5 other companies and they were the cheapest! They were the only company who came out and did a sample cleaning. Customer service was extremely friendly, personable and on time. These guys know what they are doing and know how to treat people. If you want the best bang for your buck, these guys are it, and theyre around 300 dollars cheaper than the rest!

Gerald and his helper appeared exactly when they promised and immediately proceeded to prepare to clean my floor tiles and carpets. They were courteous and professional and did a superb job. When they were finished, all the furniture was returned to its proper location and the carpets and tile looked great. I would definitely recommend 3N1 for these services!

Gerald did an outstanding job on carpet, tile and grout. He actually came out on a Sunday to take care of a minor problem I had. You don't find these kind of service people very often.

Gerald was very professional, courteous, and friendly. Promptly called in response, and updated his ETA when he was close. He offered to try to remove the stain first to see if it would come out (it was a tough, ingrained stain on very porous limestone flooring) prior to undertaking the full project. He was able to remove the stain, and subsequently several other small stained areas we found while he was here. Highly recommend.

3 N 1 appears to be not like other contractors in SF, they came back to the house to address a concern and that makes them a better contractor in my opinion. Thanks Gerald.

The kitchen grout on the kitchen floor was black, they cleaned it and now it's beige again. I'm thrilled with the job. I will be hiring them again. The price was very fair. They work hard and I love the results.

Gerald at 3 N 1 was a pleasure to work with. He arrived on time for the quote and even phoned when he was stuck in traffic running just a few minutes behind the day of the job. He is not only the owner but is on each job which is a plus. He is meticulous about his work and is even coming back to my home for a few touch up spots we noticed a few days after the job. My floors look beautiful and he already has us in the system for yearly maintenance to keep my floors looking fabulous.
