They were able to improve the look of my granite countertop, but I thought their prices were a little high. They spent 30 minutes polishing a dull spot on my bathroom counter and charged me $200. When I suggested grinding the marble in my bathroom shower, they quoted me an additional $800 to do that work. They laughed at me when I said I thought an additional $200 seemed fair and said there was no way that was going to happen for that rate. Considering the opportunity cost of having the equipment in place...$800 just seemed excessive. While I was happy with the improvement in my granite counter, it was not perfect or restored to original and I ultimately feel they re just too expensive for me.

Gerald has done a fantastic job for me twice! He and Rodolfo cleaned all the tile and grout in my house and restored my bathrooms to look brand new! I would recommend 3 N 1 services hands down and will use them again in the future!

Gerald did an excellent job cleaning the tile floors in my kitchen, halls, bathroom and entryway and applying a tinted seal on the grout ... he worked diligently to complete the job to my satisfaction ... I highly recommend him and I am fastidious!!

I was very happy with the results obtained in re-grouting my tile floors. I had several companies provide estimates in cleaning the tiles and had several demonstrations but, I was not satisfied with the results. When 3N1 came they recommended re-grouting would be my best option and I am so glad I did. My floors look brand new and I am very satisfied with the results. They were very efficient and professional. I would highly recommend them.

Mr. Simmons had done excellent work for me several years ago. I didn't recall the name of his company. After searching thorough personal address books and sites on google using his last name I reached a dead end. A site presented itself for furniture and upholstery cleaning. I proceeded to fill out the questionnaire and submitted it. I received a phone call in reference to my request and decided to hire the caller. To my surprise, it was the Gerald Simmons that I had been searching for! My good fortune! Mr. Simmons is a lovely man. His work is excellent and I would highly recommend him.
