The team from 3n1 were very professional and hard working. . My marble was very dull from a bad install and grout job. Grout haze like crazy... They Came in, heads down and worked hard , brought my marble to a brighter shine than when I purchased.. they Made sure I was happy with the job before departure. There was no rush to leave or any shortcuts taken. Would 10/10 recommend.

I hired 3N1 Services to clean & re-grout the shower in our master BR which was in bad shape & really needed to be done. Gerald is professional in every sense of the word. He is dependable, capable, and communicative. He did a great job on my floor and my upholstery cleaning. The task at hand was challenging but he tackled it with no complaint and full competence. I would recommend him, as well as use his services again, without hesitation.

They left saying it didn't turn out great but still proceeded to charge us almost full price - knocked off $50. They were hard workers and very nice, but I'm less then satisfied with the scratched countertop they left me with

Pleasant enough to deal with; the work done was adequate but not much more than that; somewhat pricey for what was done, e.g., charged $400 for a shower stall that should not have been more than $100; they did return to do several areas that were missed. But work performed did not match up to the enthusiastic reviews written by others.
