There was some miscommunication about the timing of the service. After contacting Gerald about the situation he more then accommodated me and my problem. In fact they arrived to clean on a Sunday. We had an entire 2 bed 2 bath condo cleaned with few if any problems. I would highly recommend.

3 N 1 was willing to work with the contractors schedule when work wasn't completed as expected and arranged for a late evening appointment. The process was complicated by drywall dust and work debris and the carpet was clean at the end of the evening.
