Sometimes you pay more, and you get more. Honest, high quality service. More expensive than competitors but quality vastly better than I got from another company last year who came in cheap, did cheap, and tried to pressure me to buy more of their services. I will use in the future and will recommend to others.

The technician was great but I guess the fabric on the couch just doesn't clean up that well

Excellent customer service, explained each step in cleaning and sealing our tile. Never felt any pressure or any type of sales pitch. Moved all the furniture carefully and took adequate time to perform their job. Would highly recommend.

Right after paying to another company that did a HORRIBLE job, 3 N 1 came withing an hour, picked up my rugs (huge ones) took them with him and returned them like new. Thanks to them I did not have to throw one of them away. My rugs are not regular rugs, they are very nice wool rugs. No need to look for anybody else, they will do the job that you need.
