Gerald cleaned and sealed mexican tile floors at a rental property for me. He was easy to deal with. He kept me updated on his arrival time and when he arrived provided me with a quote and did a nice job. I would recommend him for this type of service.

Gerald went above and beyond when we had an issue and he took the time to accomodate my schedule. He even did an extra grout job that was not scheduled. I appreciated his willingness to "make the customer happy". You do not find that in many contractors.
