Gerald was very professional. He provided a firm quote before starting the work. He explained his cleaning and sealing process. He worked efficiently and done in a few hours. He demonstrated the effectiveness of his tile sealant by showing that water beads up on the tile rather than soaking in. I would recommend 3 N 1 Services for any tile cleaning work.

They came in and performed the steamcleaning very quickly did not pass on the passage area more than once. They cleaned what was clean and the soiled area they did not pay attention to.

Very nice and helpful

I hired Gerald to clean and hone my marble floors. He didn't show up on the day scheduled. Said he forgot. This is after I took the day off specifically for the job. Very frustrating. He came a couple days later. He cleaned and sealed my granite countertops for the trouble. Nice thought. The floors came out nice and clean. However, whatever he did to hone the floors did absolutely nothing. It did not change the surface of the tile at all. Since he was only here a couple of hours, it made me wonder if he did that part at all. Floors are already getting dirty again. Very disappointing.

Thorough job of cleaning tile and grouting where necessary

Excellent service by Gerald! Plan on hiring again at least once a year. We have porcelain tile and I used a mop and glow type product and then cleaning lady used vinegar and water. Gerald stripped it off and told me what I should be using. Thank you Gersld!!!! Floors look great.
