They were on time for every appointment (quote and starting of job). Super easy to communcate with and very responsive. We had the work done while out of town and they sent pictures at completion. I will definately use them for my annual touch ups.

I called 3N1 Services for a first time tile installation job that I messed up. My tiles were fully installed and when I did the grouting, I spread it on like thin-set and waited too long to wipe it off which left a layer of grout over my tiles. Gerald and Rudolfo arrived the next evening (I called them that same morning so they arrived the same day) to see if they could salvage my tiles. I cannot stress enough how much they went above and beyond to clean it, the condition of my tiles were really bad and they spent hours working on it trying one method after the next. In the end, the condition was too bad and I asked them to stop as it would be easier to remove the tiles all together and replace them. The best part was that they didn't charge me a single cent. Very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I will without question hire them for any future job.

My dad is in his 80's and when I looked at the floors in the condo (in which my bedroom was the only floor not done) I was unable to see any difference between the floors done & my undone bedroom. We also had neighbors come by to see how the work turned out, their opinion's where the same. I strongly believe my elderly father was taken advantage of by a company which was in and out in less than 2 hrs., quick money for little to no work !!!

Not the lowest or highest priced. We experienced excellent results on cleaning & sealing our marble floors. Also did a good job re-grouting a shower floor.

Actually the work I hired 3N1 for was furniture & rug cleaning. Tne owner Gerald Simmons arrived timely for his appointment with me. He is very pleasant and gave me a reasonable quote for the job. He arrived timely to do the work and did a very nice job. I highly recommend 3N1 Services and will use their services again when needed.
