My new home had a very shallow kitchen sink, contractor grade faucet set and no disposal. From previous experience with Ray, I knew he was the one to do the work. I purchased the new items and Ray did the installation. As before, he was on time, thorough in his work, and left it as clean as he found it. There were a few problems getting the dishwasher connected to the new disposal but nothing he couldn't figure out. Well done.

Ray was with me 100% of the way. First he coordinated with Lowes for me to simply pick out my new entry door. He had already given them the correct size and swing direction. After I purchased the door, he then picked it up and delivered it to my house the next day. He was in the middle of another project but took the time to do this and kept me informed of his progress on the schedule. In addition, I had recently had a new fiberglass shower installed but the plumbers only did their bare minimum. Ray also completed the framing, installed drywall, and the appropriate trim. The door and the shower were completed over 2 days and when finished, totally cleaned up. He did not want any partial payment and collected only when finished and I was satisfied. I have already spoke with him to do other work.

Ray Dan's Home Repairs came out for a second project repairing additional soffit that was falling down. Once again, the work they completed was done in a very professional, timely manner. For future projects and repairs, I would definitely seek Ray Dan's Home Repairs.

Ray and Dan's Home Repair did a fine job on several needs to my home. All the work was done in a professional manner that I was completely satisfied. Ray repaired the soffit on the back deck that was completely hanging down. The work also included tightening up a couple of locks to get them working properly and a few other odds and ends. All the work was done at a reasonable price. The work was done in a timely manner and carried out in the exact detail of the quote. I would highly recommend Ray Dan's Home Repair to my friends and neighbors and would hire him for future projects.

we email the provider he emailed right back we scheduled an appointment we went over what is need to be done and he started the following week he finished the job in 3 days

Ray was FANTASTIC! His work was extremely professional. He was punctual and was very meticulous with his work. He explained all pricing for what I had asked to be done and there were no hidden charges. He is very pleasant and respectful. I will hire him in the future and would highly recommend him to others needing "handy man" work done in the Polk County area. I am very satisfied.

It was a pleasure dealing with Ray. He was so polite and explained things thoroughly on the phone, and showed up when he says he would. He did the work for me at a rental property, and he scheduled the work with the tenants and worked around their schedules which was very helpful to me. I thought his estimate was very reasonable, and when he realized the old lockset should really be replaced, he called first to check that it was okay (even though it was only $30) and then installed it for free. He will be the first person I call when I need to have work done in the future.

This is the third time We have used this contractor within six months, I would not use any other person to do home repairs and remodeling, He is professional, and a perfectionist, The work he performs is top of the line, his prices cant be beat, He cleans up after the job is completed, All contractors should only have his work ethics.

He was on time, extremely professional, took all precautionary measures not to damage anything or to make any messes, Completely cleaned up after the job was finished, Explained every detail on what to do and what not to do for the work he performed, He spoke with us like we were an equal and did not talk down to us like some contractors do. He is not out to get rich, he's just out to make a living, meaning his prices are unbeatable, Once you get his quote, no need to go anywhere else, I have other work needing to be done and I will use him again for all my jobs.

The overall process went well. Ray and Dan were punctual, professional, and personable. They went out of their way to help us pick out the correct vanity to fit in our bathroom after 2 incorrect attempts by myself. I would definitely recommend Ray and Dan and will use them in the future.

Ray and his son are professionals. They did and incredible job and were there when they said they would be. I have two indoor cats and Ray taped up the dog door going to the garage so the cats couldn't get out. The tub upstairs was the wrong type of tub, short of pulling it out and starting over, Ray was able to waterproof the tub and stop the leaking. They kept the house clean by laying down moving blankets (which my cats enjoyed sliding across the floor on). They parked their trailor in the driveway and had everything they needed at their fingertips. I would highly reccommend them to anyone who needs work done. They are first on my list to call in the future.

They did a great job. Follow-up, communication, and quality of work were top-tier. They responded quickly to my call and came out to make a estimate promptly and was able to provide a competitive quote for the work. I would recommend their work and would use them again in the future.

paid a 1/3 deposit on work. they arrived on the appointed day and time. work ran a few days longer due to rain. but we were keep apprised of the progress. they sealed off the rest of the area with plastic to contain the dust. they worked hard to remove and replace the sub-floor. also refunded a small amount as other work not as extensive as anticipated. wife loved the paint job. have already recommended them to a friend.

WE SET UP AN APPOINTMENT, THEY ARRIVED ON TIME. DID THE JOBS TO OUR SATISFACTION.

Showed up on time everyday at the same time, cleaned up each day and upon the last day, cleaned the place up so well that my wife was elated about not having to go behind and do her own clean up! We love these guys!

I choose Angie's List because I have had the worst luck with hiring someone to do projects around the house. I am very happy that I did. My first phone call to Ray & Dan's Home Repairs was returned same day. Good start. Ray (of Ray & Dan's) explained in detail when he could come by to look at my ceiling. He was here when he said he would be and explained what he thought he could do to fix the falling wood panels from the ceiling on my patio (a project I hired someone else to do!) He told me about his upcoming schedule and let me know why it couldn't get by for at least a week. He also told me how to create a simple support that would hold until they returned. He kept me informed of his schedule regularly and we were able to work it out so it was convenient for both of us. When they arrived, they did a quick assessment and went to work right away. They explained what they were doing so that I could understand. They were quick and efficient and even left the patio neat and tidy. The cost was very reasonable and the work was done very well and I was happy with everything. These guys were polite, friendly, professional. I will most definitely use them again for future repairs and projects. I would highly recommend them! Finally, I have had a good experience with a handyman! Woo Hoo! Thank you Angie's List.
