He was very flexible in making the appt for the quote and once we met - I hired him and he completed the work the following week on my schedule.  + -1 moreExcellent workmanship at a very moderate price in my opinion. He had access to the place while I was out of town. I literally made the deal with him and returned to see the finished project. Because of the tile work and counter top replacement that went on after he was finished I called him back for some touch up work. He spent a Saturday there making it look great again. I won't call anyone else if I ever need a painter so long as he is in business.
Description of Work: Jim was not my highest or lowest quote but he seemed very upfront and professional and I knew I'd be away during the job. He was there when he said he'd be there and did an outstanding job. This job needed to be done fairly quickly as it was a fixer upper for my daughter to move into to. Jim painted every square inch of the 1340 square foot condo. He even called my attention to a stain on the ceiling from a high window apparently leaking. I was out of town and couldn't get there so he went up on the roof and resealed the window, treated the stain and repainted ceiling.
