+ -1 moreI DO NOT RECOMMEND! I requested and paid for tenant's moveout cleaning. Karelis Torres did a light cleaning ie did not move fridge, stove, just surface cleaning and all work was substandard. She sent me a video and I paid her. When new tenants pointed out the dirt she said I did not order a "deep clean". She clearly does not know what "tenants move out" cleaning entails and when questioned why she did not call me when she was at the house to explain the scope of work and ask for more money, she said "it was just a matter of loss of communication" I absolutely do not recommend her service!
