+ -1 moreService was excellent, quick complete and professional. Showed me how to clear cookies, disks, bad sections of memory, defragging,and gave me schematic to perform the same. Schematic is in simple English, not computer jargon, and contains simple hints. Excellent work on the providers part. Cost is very reasonable. Performance is very fast and complete. Definitely will recommend to others.
Description of Work: Cleaned computer of all files that were causing problems and showed me how to do same in future. Supplied me with a list of actions I should perform on my own to maintain my computers maximum performance.

I particularly appreciated his relaxed and friendly personality and ability to teach me a few valuable procedures that I could use in the future to prevent a similar problem.

+ 1 moreI like that Greg comes to my home, with all my Apple technology available. He has helped me tremendously, with many calls in the past, to help me optimize and better coordinate my technological resources. He is professional, polite, and does all with good humor. I have very little tech know-how, so he patiently instructs me as he is solving a problem. I have had many problems. Without Greg, I literally would not be using my computer. There is no one else I'd want to help me solve my computer problems. This last service call found Greg helping me upgrade my Apple system. He also had the knowledge about the next steps that need to be taken to upgrade the system further and make it less vulnerable.
Description of Work: He helped me download an upgrade to my Apple system.
