Description of Work: Fixed the handle that fell into holder when screw was missing.

Description of Work: They replaced the screw in the handle and the handle fell into the opening.

Description of Work: They repaired a piece of luggage that the seam had opened up on. It was repaired with heavy duty stitching which makes me believe it will last until the rest of the case gives up. I also had a very small problem with a purse I was using that day - needed a little glue to paste a bit of scratched leather back down. The owner did it on the spot with a smile and with no charge. It was very very minor but a very kind thing to do for me. I would definitely go back. My only problem right now is that the plaza they are in is under construction and it's a little hard to find them. That should end reasonably soon though.

Description of Work: I had two handbags repaired. One had been very expensive and I thought it was unsalvageable - it wasn't - they fixed the bag like new. These are very friendly people who are doing a fantastic job.

Description of Work: My wife's large Louis Viutton tote bag needed new straps as the old ones had broken. The repair made was better quality than the original. The owner fashioned the new straps from a beautiful piece of leather that matched the color needed perfectly. The stiching and work was exceptional, was extremely reasonably priced and the work was performed faster than originally promised. The repair saved a $1,600 bag and was better than new!!! I can't say enough good about this wonderful craftsman.

Description of Work: I had the heel on my shoe repaired and Van found a decorative piece in his shop which he glued to the top of my shoe to take the place of one that was missing. He is very flexible about things he will repair for you and eager to please the customer. I have taken him my families hiking boots, after our summer trips, and he has cleaned and water proofed them for me for the last 5 years. Another time I took him 2 canvas duffel bags which he repaired both zippers and rips and also repaired my rolling luggage . I have taken in purses for repair also. He has repaired my shoes numerous times and replaced soles on expensive brand named shoes.
