+ -1 moreAfter the first carpet cleaning visit , after 18 hours carpet still had a strong smell, however after few phone calls back and forth and asking to speak to manager, they agreed to come out again. Eric came out same day which was such a relief. He went over the specified area again and beautiful job well done, and problem was solved!! Very happy today.
Description of Work: We had 1 carpeted room with large urine spill, specified smell was the most important thing to get rid of and the need to concentrate on that area. This was emphasized from the beginning of conversation, They assured me that they had specific enzymatic cleaners and deodorizers for urine related stains and smells. We then agreed on price and set up appointment. Same day which was a plus!!
