Laziest technician rather than troubleshooting and determining the best options for me just kept his hands in his pocket and went to the "you need a new door" pitch. He never touched the door. Charged me $29 for that. WASTE OF TIME.

TOP GARAGE - NO WAY Customers Beware - We contacted them to come fix a broken spring as my wife needed to get the car out of the garage to go to work. They did come out same day as Broten Garage Doors was not available until the next day. They came out and charged us for the spring ($285) and then the additional labor ($245) to install the spring. In turn, the pressure on the door was so intense, that we called them back to balance the door and release some of the pressure on one side. They wanted to charge us an additional $185 for labor to do this. I sent them away and said I will call the manager. I called the next day and left a message… NO RESPONSE! Called the next day and left another message… NO RESPONSE! By the way, with Broten, the labor is included to replace the spring, so I could have gotten both springs replaced for the money I paid to Top Garage. So, I needed up calling Broten Garage Doors and they fixed the door. Lesson learned, next time, just call Broten Garage Doors. TOP GARAGE - NO WAY

Terrible. First they came on Wednesday and the technician was mad that we didn't remove everything out of the garage we advised him we weren't told so he left. I called the main office to ask why we weren't told to move everything, she said they forgot to call us to let us know. She sent back the same technician the next day which was Thursday and they put the door in forgetting to punch out the holes on the door in order for the bars to go through in order to withstand a hurricane. We are suppose to have a hurricane hit here tomorrow and I have been calling since Friday to get them to come back and they still haven't. I spoke with a lady first who said it was a jewish holiday and now a man who sounded like he couldn't care less. I told him the garage wouldn't go down itself once opened so my on had to manually close it and that I had a fireman here who told me the scensors aren't working. The man told me to take pictures of it and send it to him I told him No I need someone out here because if a hurricane comes the garage has no protection. He was rude and said fine I'll send someone between 1-3...well now its 4 and no one has showed up or even called me, and they turned their phones off. I am very disappointed and very upset knowing I paid them 2100.00 for a hurricane garage door and they didn't even don it right nor have they come back or sent anyone to fix this. Horrible, simply Horrible.
