I've known Serio for a long time, and after a brief break, I reached out to him for help. His knowledge and unwavering support are amazing. I called Sergio and he was at our house within 3 hours! He answered all of our questions and was not pushy at all. We went over the property value and showed us what a buyer and appraiser's perspective would be regarding value. As it turns out, he was right on the spot! The photos he took were soo nice! Favorite thing was that I could always get in touch with him. It did not matter what day or time it was. He was supposed to go on vacation for Labor Day but due to the vast amount of activity on our house, he ended up staying to make sure everything went ok. We got plenty of offers and ended up signing a contract on Labor Day. Sergio is such a sincere honest gentleman.
