My parents and I saw a house we liked for sale and Sergio Contreras was the listing Agent.. We have had the experience of contacting a listing Agent or Realtor to ask to see a house since we didn't have a Realtor at the time and Sergio was the first to happily agree and didn't hesitate to show us the house. In less than an hour he met us at the house and not only was Sergio very kind and patient, he was very knowledgeable about the whole aspects of purchasing a home. I was so happy with Sergio Contreras of HomeTerra Real Estate that I knew to call him up right away when I decided to sell again. He told me he understood my situation and was going to do his best to find a buyer that would pay above asking price. He simply asked me to be patient. He began by helping me stage my home to make sure the photographs looked gorgeous, and they most definitely did! Due to Covid-19 he told me he wanted to avoid having prospective buyers constantly going in and out of my house every day and suggested it may be best to get it over with in one day. His plan was to have the showings at an Open House and boy did it work! Over 60 people showed up. Everyone was required to have a mask on and only 3 people at a time were allowed to enter the house. It felt safe and went very smoothly. We had almost 20 offers and he negotiated terms that really made my life easier! Sergio was able to find a buyer that paid $21,000 over asking price and allowed me to stay in my home until I found a home of my own as well. Prior to our meeting with Sergio we thought selling our investment property would not be an easy task. But finding Sergio was like a miracle and blessing for us as he is the most detail oriented Real Estate Agent that anyone can find. He is incredibly professional and a very hard-working man. To our surprise, Sergio negotiated an unbelievable deal for us which not only was MORE than what we told him we would accept, but also MORE than the Appraised Value of the property! I am normally the type of person that takes their time in making a decision. I have actually been accused of having "analysis paralysis"...LOL. However after meeting with a few agents, I decided to hire Sergio right on the spot at our meeting. I was very impressed with his responsiveness and his sincere honesty. He arrived punctual and with a lot of excitement and genuinely seemed interested where I was coming from. We talked for a while even before getting to business. I told Sergio my goals in selling my home and he listened attentively. He meticulously explain the home valuation process and we came up with a strategy. He listed the property with amazing photos and also prepared for an Open House he was planning to have. As it turns out, there was no need to have the Open House because we accepted a great offer. (offer more than I was willing to take) He was very attentive and in constant communication throughout the whole process. He made sure everything went smoooooth. Thanks Sergio! EXCELLENT I don't have words for Sergio my experience with him is an awesome experience He sold my property in less than 7 weeks just because he had a plan how and where to market and top of that he answer his phone no matter how busy he is . He is very organize and he knows what he doing he has all legal knowledge and experience in selling and buying property to protect his client, He will fight for your last dollar I will say just trust his judgment he will guide you in a right direction . He has fire in his belly just not to his job but do it right. Sergio is a full time realtor not a part time realtor. from my experience with him is not too many like him out there. so think before you hire a realtor Sergio is the five star professional realtor.
