He came highly recommended from a coworker who used him to sell her house. I must say he lived up to everything she said. He was punctual, organized, and very detailed orientated when we first met. Provided a free market analysis and made some great suggestions on how to better stage my home. He took the time to listen to everything I had to say and understood my goals. After deciding on a fair price together, he went all out to market my home. The listing was posted all over the internet; he had various open houses, and created some gorgeous brochures for the property. We found a buyer in just a few weeks. Because he had some doubts regarding the buyer, my favorite part was that he made sure the buyer was truly qualified before accepting their offer. Closing was a breeze and there was no drama!

The experience was very smooth and without issue. Sergio was very patient, and forthcoming with all the information. He is very courteous and punctual. All those characteristics combined with his knowledge of the real estate market and mortgage business, easily gave us the upper hand in finding our new home. At the viewings, he would point out both the good and bad features of the home, for both the current and future, if, or when we planned to sell. In other words, he gave advice from the point of view of a resident and investor. When it came time to negotiate the price to settle on then Sergio would go into overdrive mode, seeking every dollar he could get for us...some times I wondered how the sellers felt about us, but in the end we are very happy to have Sergio on our side of the table. All the assistance that we got from Sergio was...and is...second to none. We're very happy with the people he suggested we work with; inspector and insurance agent. We got a lot of advice, even from Sergio, to shop around for the various services, which we did, but the people he worked with were all top notch and performed their services very well, and spoke highly of Sergio as well. We have no negative comment or feedback about Sergio, and highly recommend employing Sergio. As a follow-up, we've also hired Sergio to rent out our condo, which he's also doing an excellent job with...and will hire him again when we decide to buy or sell again. We have also recommended him to our family and friends.

I had outgrown my home and needed another home with a greenhouse/glasshouse or a space that I could build an extensive greenhouse and atrium. I also wanted a vintage home that had been updated and some other "non-traditional" things. I preferred not to have to build or renovate. I know that I am hard to please. Sergio Contreras took the challenge with stride and grace! He found everything I needed. He is unbelievably thorough with the documents inspections etc. He completes the task no matter the level of difficulty. I didn't have to build or update anything His follow up is excellent. He is a licensed Broker, Mortgage Lender and Real Estate Appraiser, really knows what he is doing and works hard. I could reach him at any time or he would call me right back. He is very persistent but not in a pushy way. He's very internet savvy and really got things moving fast. He seems to be a Waterfront property specialist, although he doesn't advertise that. My home sold very quickly (for the price I wanted) and it was nothing special, IMO. He found my new home. It was perfect for me and the location is amazing. We had a few issues that got me concerned. He got everything inspected and under controle fast. It was a really super transaction and a pleasure to see classic service and care for clients! Thank you for all your hard work Sergio!
