Mitch was professional, courteous, and responsive to my request. He completed the work in punctual manner and worked within my schedule. His price was more than fair. I would recommend him to anyone needing electrical work.

Mitch provided what I thought was a fair price for the work to be done, which included: lnstalling new electrical panel, installing conduit between old panel and new panel, installing new breakers and new circuit extensions, installing new 150 amp rated wire and new breaker in exterior main panel (150 amp Siemens), pulling wire thru old panel to new and close old panel to create junction box, protecting by installing Ground fault protection on circuits first point of distribution, installing smoke detectors according to code to create a whole house fire alarm, installing GFCI in guest bathroom, relocating outdoor post outlet, installing weatherproof box and GFCI on outlet near pool, setting up surround sound and mounting speakers, providing load calculation, obtaining permit, etc. A lot of work was done over a few days period by Mitch and his apprentices. One of his apprentices did great work and one still has a lot to learn, but was guided by his mentor. After the work was completed, I did have a couple of issues arise that Mitch sent an apprentice to take care of. Overall, I am satisfied with the work done.

Mitch was great. He came out RIGHT AWAY on a Sunday and fixed the issue immediately. He replaced two faulty breakers for us. He was very knowledgable and efficient. I will definitely use his service again!

We were moving into a new space and was on a deadline to get the place wired within a few days. Mitch and his team came in, worked with our schedule, and got the whole place done in no time. He was always available to answer any questions, his team had a great work ethic and did very neat/tidy work, and he even assisted with our Comcast installation (which was not part of his contracted job). Mitch goes above and beyond and I would highly recommend him/his company for any work you need.

Could not have gone any better the work was first rate, the Master electrician and his protégée tag team the work. The job took about 6 hrs this was due to the old panel, replacing it with a GE 200amp panel with spares and a whole house surge protector. They are now my Go-to-Guys for any electrical work. Highly recommend and will used their services again. Thank You.

Setup an appointment for services and was told it would be later in the week. The end of the week came and no one showed up. I called and 2 weeks later still waiting to get a call back.

They were on time. Trouble shot the oven. They had to leave to buy the plug socket. They came back later in the day which was no problem. They installed the new plug socket. The stove works. They did a great job.

After setting up an appointment to look over our installation area, the owner came out and gave us a reasonably-sounding price to do the work. He added that he couldn't do the install that day since his tall ladder was at another location -- but he promised he would get back to us once he retrieved the ladder to set up a time for the install. Unfortunately, we never heard back from him and we had to make other arrangements to get the light installed.

It went well. He showed up right on time. He said he would be here at 12:30 and he was. He is a very experience electrician. He knew what to look for and how to solve the problem. It only took him about 35 minutes to complete the project and he charged me a fair price.

Overall, it was excellent. They are very good and the price was reasonable. They were honest and they did what they said they would do.

A 14 month-long nightmare of procrastination, promises, excuses and outright lies. Calls not returned. Sporadic work, workers called off job and sent elsewhere. Transfer switch put in closet (code violation), trench left open for 6 months. They poured a slab without permit or specs, had me pay the man directly, making it look like I hired him so I had no recourse when it failed inspection. After 10 months of promises to take care of it I had it chopped out and had a pre-cast put down. I paid for a permit revision and did the running on it, had to pay the man another $100 over the $525 originally paid. After all that, a pre-cast does not require inspection; a waste of my time and money. On final inspection the electrician did not show, 2nd time he came but would not wait for inspector, 3rd time, both were here but wires in switch box not hooked up. 4th time it passed. A complaint with DBPR came down to a he said, she said deal unless you have proof. They focused on the slab not ethics.

The original bill they presented included charges for work that was not done and outrageous charges for materials. They charged $150 for an hour for the electrician, and $75 an hour for his apprentice. The holes they made for the recessed lights were too big for the fixtures and we had to repair them later. They made a terrible mess and did not clean up. The bill they presented was several hundred dollars higher and was reduced to $900 only after a complaint was made to the owner at his office.

THEY DID A GOOD JOB, I HAD NO PROBLEM WITH THE COMPANY. I FELT THAT THEIR PRICE WASN'T THAT BAD. THEY DIDN'T BREAK ANYTHING AND SHOWED UP ON TIME WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD.
