They were 2 hours late but called to let me know. I was quoted an estimate on the phone of $150, however, after the completion of the work I was billed $327.75. They work was completed very well and realized it was a big job but would have liked to be told prior to doing the work. My biggest objection is that I was charged a home advisor fee of $27.75. I was never advised of this charge.

They were professional and courteous. They were at my house when they said they would be. They cleaned up their mess and did their best to minimize any disruption around the work area.

It doesn't get any better than this when hiring a contractor for the first time. Called to confirm appointment, showed up on time, professionally prepared with tools, knowledgeable, friendly, minimal mess, quality work. I would highly recommend K&P. I will use again in the future!

Was able to fix one of two issues. A through job was done to find reason for outside outlet not having power. Informed that a circuit search of some type would be needed,to locate cause of no power. Would require additional hours at min of $170. Already paid for 2 hrs,and additional $170,not worth fixing outlet ,that is not used. Tyrone was very through in trying to find reason for no power,just not worth to me to pay for extra hours.

Very expensive, won't tell you how much it's gonna be until they've worked for several hours that way they can charge a hefty fee, incase you say No. called for timer repair, wasn't told what the problem was for several hours, 450$ later I'm told it's the wiring that's bad, took two days to repair. Very slow and expensive if you ask me. Won't be using them EVER!!! Again.

Was hired to: 1)replace 3 light switches with 3 z-wave switches, 2) replace thermostat with wifi thermostat. I supplied the switches and thermostat. The electrician who came did not seem to have a lot of experience. A neutral wire needed to be dropped, but it should not have taken the 7 hours of labor I was charged. Electrician was not going to patch the box that needed to be cut out until I spoke to his boss. He needed to go to the store for patching material. The trip to the store was part of the 7 hours labor. He looked at the thermostat, but was not certain how to install it. We decided he should not continue with it. All in all, a bill in excess of $700.00 to replace 3 switches and a mediocre patch job.

Granted I was in a hurry to get the fan working again. But the charge for tightening the fan blades was more than what a new fan would have cost.
