Great, previously contact Gunn and spoke with Scott for a different repair on a combination KitchenAid microwave & conventional oven to replace microwave bulb and he advised that cost of repair due to labor since whole unit required to be removed by 2 or more men (which was reflected in the KitchenAid video) did not warrant doing the repair. He was correct since other repair persons had no clue as what to do and all they wanted was the inspection fee. I did not proceed and really did not need the bulb. So I called Gunn to repair my ice maker in my KitchenAid and his office person was very pleasant and Scott showed up on time and within in a few minutes determined the issues ( most likely sensors) and alternatives. The cost to replace sensor, alternate cost if issue is physical unit, which was very reasonable. Also time to obtain parts and repair was reasonable.

Scott was able to come the next day. He identified what was causing my refrigerator to leak. The evaporator drain line in the freezer was clogged. He was able to clear the clog by using a small hand-held steamer, which solved the problem. He also was very helpful in cleaning up the ice that came out of the freezer and wiping the kitchen floor. I appreciated that I he wore a mask the entire time he was in my house.

I'm impressed with the service, professionalism, response time, and knowledge of this company. I will use them for all my appliance repairs.

Scott came out and did well. He replaced the relay with a better relay with a built in capacitor so hopefully it will last at least 10 more years!

I've contacted this company 3 times for a quote to install a microwave oven. I've used this company in the past and was very pleased with the work. This time, it is not a good customer experience and very disappointing when not receiving any replies to my requests.

When he called he was nearby and came within 15 minutes. He had the spare part needed at his shop and came back next day punctually at the time he had said and fixed it. Scott is professional, punctual and nice.

Very well. He had a replacement ice maker in his truck and replaced it quickly. He also observed all the CDC requirements for the COVID situation.

It went great. We called Scott and he was out the next day. I selected him because I saw the other reviews on here. They are all true. He was very professional and came in wearing gloves and 2 masks. He was honest and direct about the repair. If anything else needs to be repaired, I’d call him immediately.

I could not be happier; he arrived exactly on time, checked a few things and gave me a quote to do the repair. He said that the repair would cost almost as much as a new dryer. He suggested that I simply replace it and gave me advice on what features to look for and what I should pay. His advice was well worth the service charge.

the fan motor finally arrived. Scott has been great and took my many calls and answered questions..even came out to finish repair as soon as the part arrived on 4/21 .Kenmore fridge works great and very quiet, better than new Thanks for working during pandemic..

Scott was very friendly and informative. He explained the status of both of our appliances and suggested the next best steps for each. He did not try to sell us anything that wasn’t needed, in fact he was clearly looking for ways to save us money. I would absolutely both recommend Scott (Gun appliance services) and use him again. If you’re looking to get a honest evaluation of your appliance problems, give him a call.

The gentleman called me and came by on the same day. He did not have the part on his truck and had to order it. This was on a Thursday. He said he would be back on Tuesday with the part, but called Friday, brought the part and finished the repair quickly. Very efficient, very qualified and honest. I will call Gunn for all my appliance needs in the future

Scott, called and scheduled appt. and appeared on time. After analyzing the problem, he said that if the parts were available, the cost of repair would be higher than replacing the frig. It was an 11 year old appliance. He took the time to make an online search for a replacement. He gave the model #'s of the ones which met my requirements: brand, size, color, etc. He had told me there would be a $60 service charge if he was not asked to complete the repair. For his service and knowledge, it was a reasonable fee. I searched the brands and models he gave me. I went to Home Depot, purchased the refrigerator (not in stock but I ordered it.) It took 10 days for it to be delivered and installed. So far I am very pleased with the refrigerator. I would recommend Scott and Gunn Appliance Service again.

Dryer was from 2007. He told me he could certainly repair the issues by getting a new motor but considering the age of the unit his recommendations was to buy a new one. You HAVE to appreciate when a repair guy makes recommendations like that. Will for use in the future!

Scott came exactly when he said he would, he was very professional. He was so informative as I watched him do the job (simply out of curiosity) - he helped understand why it broke, how to help it not reach the levels of dust in the future. He did a wonderful job and I would highly recommend him. He's also so very kind
