Arrived as promised, fixed the problem.

Called on Friday afternoon and explained the problem. Scott told me he would be able come on Saturday to look at the dryer. Arrived promptly and ran some tests to find the problem. Had the heating element on the truck and was able to install it immediately. Checked it out and the dryer was heating and drying the clothes. Cost $325.00 Gunn Appliance service is a real find. 10/31/2020

Scott came out the same day that I called him. He explained how the dishwasher worked and quickly diagnosed the problem and gave us all our options to repair our dishwasher. He did not pressure us to make a decision and left us with an itemized quote of how much it would be to repair each part of our dishwasher. After, considering the age of our dishwasher and how much it would cost to repair it, we have opted to get a new dishwasher. However, I would absolutley use Scott again. He was very thorough and very quick to come out and diagnose our problem.

He arranged to come the same day as it was a refrigerator. By the time Scot arrived the unit had started working again. He checked what he could and said the service charge would be applied should he have to come back. I would highly recommend him.

Scott is responsive and prompt. But most importantly, he is honorable and stands by his work, replacing the main water valve to my refrigerator at no cost even though the warranty period had expired. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again.

Scott called and was able to come out the same day. Very nice and personable. Quickly figured out what was wrong with the dryer and fixed it on the spot. I would definitely call if I need any other appliances repaired.

I spoke with Scott who told me what the problem was over the phone and gave me a fair price. He even came out the same day and fixed the washer. Professional and honest. A pleasure to work with! Scott at Gunn was very prompt. I called the company in the morning and he was able to stop by that afternoon. He looked at my fridge that was not working. Figured out the what the problem could be but considering the other problems with the fridge and age of the fridge, he suggested it would not be worth repairing it. I appreciated that he did not try to force a costly repair job. I would definitely call Gunn again and ask for Scott.

Gunn appliance service arrived monday and diagnosed the refrigerator. said that the electrical board was bad. then gave us a quote of 2400.00 to repair. well i said no and he left with my 65.00 dollars. i looked up the part for my kenmore elite and the board was 290.00 dollars. High way robbery. i replaced the board with the new one and it did not work. so his so called diagnosis was false and he ran with my money. i suggest to use someone else that can diagnose a refrigerator correctly. i was robbed. i want my 65.00 dollars back.

Scott arrived wearing a mask and with his tool bag in tow. He took basically 3 min or less for him to see what the problem was. The HEATERS had gone bad not allowing it to defrost and allow it to cool. He had the part in his van and replaced it on the spot. Scott came to our old house and fixed the dryer. When we moved and our dryer was broken, it was a no brainer that we would call Scott. He came first thing in the morning and fixed it. Very efficient, effective, and wonderful. I'd recommend him over and over again.

Scott came right away after our initial call. He wore a mask and had gloves. He fixed the refrigerator's compressor relay and overload part. The work was done quickly and he answered all our questions. Very professional and pleasant personality!

Our repairman, Scott, did great job to find and resolve the problems with our refrigerator icemaker and garbage disposal. He is very knowledgeable and able to explain use and care of the items repaired/replaced. The garbage disposal needed to be replaced and was done during the service call-no need to come back, he had one on his van! Scott looked up the part for the refrigerator and the best cost effective solution was for me to order the part, have it delivered to me and replace it. This saved time and another service call! I would definately recommend and use Gunn Appliance Service again in the future. Debbie was also very pleasant to talk to on the phone to schedule my appointment
