We have used Gunn Appliance for several years now, for washer/dryer and refrigerator repairs. Scott is always very responsive and trustworthy. This time it was for a refrigerator cooling issue. Scott was honest and referred us to the manufacturer where the issue should have been partially covered by warranty. As we worked thru the process with the manufacturer’s service company we called Scott to consult because we trusted his guidance. We will definitely be calling Gunn Appliance again for any future appliance repair needs.

Scott was excellent. He helped us with all our our needs in the matter of minutes for ice machine. Got it working in less than five minutes. It was crazy. We’ve been trying to figure it out forever. He knew just the right thing to do call him for all your repairs. He’s a great guy and has great prices.

$425 for a kitchen stove repair just to replace infinite switch and potentially a burner. Excessive high. They won't give an estimate before visit and at visit they only see the appliances and without checking anything give estimate based on description. Waste of service call charge $75.

Technician replaced evaporator fan. Service time around 20 min. Charged $422.66. Part cost $31.29. Fridge still has the same problem. He replaced the wrong part. He said he'd return but never did.

Scott is a very professional and conscientious worker. It is so difficult to find reliable help in this area that it was a real treat to have someone personable and skilled. He explains things simply and would highly recommend his repair company! I am a very satisfied customer!

This isn't the first we've called for an appliance repair (washer, dryer, refrigerator come to mind) and it probably won't be the last, but for sure it will always be the same business we've used all the other times: Gunn Appliance Service. Scott answered the call immediately, gave an estimated time of arrival and promptly bettered it by at least an hour (even calling to note he was on his way). He diagnosed the problem (with the dryer in this case) within minutes, explained what it was and why it occurred, installed the replacement pieces immediately (pausing only to explain that he was also changing some other parts that were worn, thus avoiding a future service call) and we had a working unit in less time than it takes to write about it. We have recommended Gunn Appliance to friends and neighbors with equally sterling results. For a timely repair, comprehensive product knowledge, unparalleled customer service and a reasonable price, there's just no need to experiment with any other company.

I was immediately impressed when Scott explained on the phone what needed to be done and the possibility of a service charge. Then a woman called (can't remember her name) to confirm appointment and Scott actually called to let me know he was on the way. Overall and as an older person, I was extremely pleased with the professional and respectful service rendered by Appliance Service. It was a beautiful thing to watch Scott diagnose the problem and how he took the time to explain his diagnosis. I highly recommend this company for its obvious respect for customer service and for the good old fashioned way of doing business. It is my opinion that Mr. Scott Gunn can be trusted.

Scott came in the very next day after my call. Came in prepared with the parts needed to repair our refrigerator. We had a very bad experience with another provider from Angies list and he gave us a $25 discount..... DO NOT send electronic requests, he is very old school, pick up the phone an call him.

Scott came out the same day I called to get an estimate. My refrigerator was making a loud, strange noise so I wanted to get it serviced before it stopped working and I lost all my perishables. Of course when Scott arrived, the noise disappeared. He did not find anything to repair. However, Scott was quite helpful and stated the charge for the estimate could be applied to the repair if the noise returned. He responded quickly and seemed like an honest, knowledgeable person, which is refreshing.

Scott is so friendly and honest. He came to fix my washing machine and after he left, I had another issue with it. I called him and without hesitation he was able to schedule me for the next day. He came back and stayed 2 hours to make sure the issue was resolved.

I was extremely happy with the service I received. Scott was on time and very friendly. He was able to diagnose the issue very quickly. He told me it would take about a week to get the part in stock. I received a call later that evening stating they already had a part in stock and could repair it the next day. The ice maker is working again and we are very happy. I would use Gunn Appliance again without hesitation and would recommend to all my friends.

HIRE GUNN APPLIANCE WITH 100% AAA CONFIDANCE I contacted Gunn Appliance to repair my freezer after being scammed by another vendor who just took my money ($1.000.00) and never returned. I'm in my 70s. Scott the owner is very professional , knowledgeable and, honest. He advised me not to repair my freezer the value was not balanced. In addition he did not charge me a service fee. The other companies all told me to repair my freezer. Gunn was the only honest company out of three.

Great. Scott came out and fixed the problem right away. It was a new dryer and he said it was a wire that came loose. Charged me for service call and labor. Very reasonable price. Communication was great. Service was fast and he followed through with being on time, called before he came out and called after to ensure job was complete. This company is great! I highly recommend them.

Called them in the morning and Scott came out a few hours later. Looked at my washing machine and found it could be repaired. Showed me exactly what was needed and why. Went over pricing with me. He also looked at my refrigerator with same result. Very nice and competent. Will definitely use again.
