We had a leak from the front of our washing machine. Scott was able to come out the same day we called and diagnosed the problem quickly. The parts he ordered for us arrived within 3 business days and he was back out the next morning to fix it. Scott is truly an expert in all things appliances. It's clear he has extensive experience and knowledge. He was professional yet also personable and pleasant while he worked. We will definitely call him again for any appliance needs!

Came home to find fridge leaking and food getting warm inside. Checked Angie’s List and called Gunn Appliance for repair. Scott was at my home and repairing fridge in less than 30 minutes. Very professional and amazing response time. Will definitely hire this company again.

Diagnosed quickly, said he had a new computer board on hand and did the repair right there. Will use again if we need to!

The Refrigerator needed a new fan. Took the call immediately. They were courteous and accommodating, called 30 minutes prior to coming out. Diagnosed it right away, and had to order the part. They got the part within a couple of days as promised, they called me a came and installed the next day. Total cost $270. Would definitely use them again.

They were good at calling when on the way and being on time when they were scheduled to be there. Scott was our repairman and he was professional and a very nice man. He explained what the issue was and how he would fix the issue. Then he taught my wife a few tricks to avoid the issue from happening again. Highly recommend this company and Scott

washer repaired, tech was professional and friendly. Tech cleared up after and left area clean. I thought the charge was a little high, but the quality was good.

We lost power and had several power surges during a bad thunderstorm. When power was restored, our refrigerator was no longer cooling. Called out GUNN Appliance and the tech diagnosed the problem and ordered up a new circuit or controller board. Once that was installed, fridge was back up and running.

Scott was great! Once he was able to access the situation, he knew what needed to be done and was super efficient! He replaced the plug since it shorted out. As a result, he was in and out in 30 minutes!

Very well. The technician knew how to repair the seal, treated me with respect and explained the entire process. In addition he answered all my questions, and did not make me feel rushed.

Scott was extremely helpful. He was very knowledgeable on my unit. He knew exactly what to expect and how to fix it.

Technician not factory trained, made wrong diagnosis, since he couldn’t repair it said I need a new stove (at $1,800!). Tech left paper with my name, address, phone but no itemized bill ($70 service call), said he had a lunch date. I called next day, owner apologized about no proper receipt TEXTED me bill. I called Maytag, they gave me some credit (7 yr old stove barely used), set up for local factory trained rep to come out, computer iPad hooked up, stove told him key stuck; ordered new stove front keyboard, works perfectly now. Yes it cost $750 but cheaper than $1,800 for new stove!

Called this morning. They fit me in. My dryer was turning but there was no heat. They called me prior to coming out which I asked them to do. He had the part that I needed on the truck. Excellent service and fair price for the services. I would definitely recommend and will be using Gunn Appliance going forward.

It was great. Very professional and very honest. Was here quickly and explained the cause of the problem and repaired the refrigerator. We have not been overcharged and would refer them anytime.

They came earlier than expected. They got to the root of the problem, efficiently and quickly. Fixed the problem right away. They will also comeback to check on the ref with no cost. They are very friend.

Repairman was efficient and once he knew what the problem was he fixed it and cleaned up. Price was great and I would definitely call them again!!!

After leaving a message late Sunday night my call was returned at 8:30am the next morning. They explained that they were fully booked for that day but would schedule me for the following day, however if they had any cancellations they would let me know. Later that morning I got a call from one of their technicians saying that they had indeed had a cancellation and would be able to arrive in 30 minutes. Scott arrived on time and got to work straight away. He was very professional and personable and had the problem diagnosed within seconds of taking the front panel off. As the washer is on the second floor he suggested that I purchase a water leak alarm for the tray the washing machine sits in as an insurance against flooding. He wasn’t pushy about it or trying to up sell, just offering advice. If I have any problems with any of my other appliances or A/C in the future I will definitely use them again. I will also recommend them to all of my friends.

17 Nov 2017: It is now 3 months and 10 days later and it is not working. I called to have someone come out and fix this issue. Their only response what that they would not be able to get someone out until Tuesday (4 days later). I asked what I was supposed to do until then. The response, with an attitude, was there was nothing they could do. So now I have to find another company to come out and pay a service fee. If the issue is the starter then I am out the money I originally paid for the faulty starter. Just completely disappointed with the customer service. I don't like feeling taken advantage of.

Fixed! could have been less money. Regardless of price I was thrilled it was fixed.

For my appointment I was given a 3-4PM window. The repairman arrived at 6:10PM. On Monday the week after work was done, I sent company an email detailing my complaints (water still dripping and frost in the freezer). I requested a followup visit since I was not satisfied. Beside the work being incomplete, I was not told in advance what the price would be. I was given the total bill for $280.90 without any breakdown of costs for parts and labor. On Tuesday I spoke with a Company representative and stated I want a morning appointment since they were not reliable keeping an afternoon appointment. I was offered then another afternoon appointment at a time I would not be home. The company has not called back since then. The company is not motivated to satisfy customer complaints.
