Very prompt and professional. A part needed to be ordered which arrived within a day. Gave me a call ahead of time and arrived exactly when he said he would. The work was done quickly and professionally.

Made appointment on Wednesday 2/20/2019. Scott was on time for initial appointment window on 2/21/2019. Scott was very polite and introduced himself. He took a picture of the manufacturers label. Scott told me he had an ice maker in his truck but not the exact one but he could retrofit it if I want, or he would have to order it. I said I did not want to retrofit, to go ahead and order the OEM maker. He wrote up the service paper, I gave him partial payment. He stated it would not be in until after Monday. Wednesday morning bright and early, he called me stating he could come install the unit. We agreed for 10:00. He was at my home promptly at 10:00 Am. Came in, installed Ice maker in about 30 minutes and it was making ice within 2 hours after he left. Even though it was not anything critical, I thought it was a very good experience and I am satisfied.

Scott was great. Quick to answer the phone, schedule within 24 hours, diagnosed the problem on the first visit, and even showed us how to fix other issues in the future.

Excellent. Thought I needed a new disposal but he found the problem via a simple repair.

Our washing machine started leaking on a Sunday. We called and talked to Scott ( he answered on a Sunday) and had the appt set up for Monday morning. On Monday he quickly identified the source of the issue, which was a whole in a drain hose. The part did have to be ordered, which came in on Thursday. He was back out on Friday and everything was back in working order. Scott was very knowledgeable and professional, would definitely call again.

Tech was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem and ordered the replacement. He returned and fixed the ice maker in less than an hour. Great job!

First time they came out, they estimated what the problem was. I had turned the refrig on and off which did help. So I didn't have the part changed out. Unfortunately it didn't last. I called the following Friday and they came out that day to replace. It's been only 3 days but the refrig is still cold.

Very well. THe machine was constantly shutting down for uneven loads. The repair man (Scott) knew exactly what to do . He ordered the parts and 3 days later it was fixed.

From the initial call they were responsive and followed through on what they said. Service tech arrived when scheduled and had the parts needed; knowledgeable and repair made in reasonable time. Very accommodating to my requests. Would definitely use again and would not hesitate to recommend.

Our Samsung refrigerator was making a loud noise; more so when we opened and closed the doors. Our warranty had expired. We called Scott at Gunn Appliance Service & Repair and he came out the next day, which was a Thursday. Scott determined what the problem was and told us he would order the part and return to complete the repair. As promised Scott returned on the following Monday with the part and completed the repair. Scott is knowledgeable and professional. We will definitely call him again if any of our appliances go on the fritz. Scott's services were worth every penny.

Everything went really well. They showed up when they said that they would be there. They did the work quickly and did not make a mess. We were given all the information on how to work the new disposal and all of the warranty's and the paperwork that goes with it. Very satisfied on a job well done.

I was not sure whether we should repair our 8 year old refrigerator or buy a new one. Scott gave us an honest assessment of the situation and we ended up buying a new fridge. Perfectly! Required a minor adjustment. This gentleman was entirely honest. It could have easily been sold as parts replacement and labor. We are very grateful for his knowledge and forthright performance. Confidently recommend this service company.

The cost of the service call was reasonable. The service man frankly advised me that the cost of repair was high, so I decided to get a new appliance at Lowe’s. But I appreciated the candor during the discussion. They were prompt, polite and professional.

He quickly diagnosed the problem. The technicians at Gunn Appliance are very knowledgable. He was upfront about the expensive cost of the repair and actually recommended replacing the machine. He also recommended that I contact Samsung to see if the parts were still under warranty, even though that would mean the job has to be done by THEIR electrician and not Gunn. Definitely a company with that puts the customer first! For any appliance trouble, we always call Gunn!

I was very pleased with everything from the initial service call to the actual day of the repair. Scott was very knowledgeable in determining the problem as why my oven wasn't preheating to the preset of 350 degrees. He told me what needed to be repaired and what the cost of the items would be including labor. In addition, I was initially given a 7 day turn around time for the work to be completed. To my surprise I was called within 2 days with great news that the parts that were ordered had came in earlier than expected and that he would be at my house on Monday. I was very happy with their professionalism. I would definitely recommend them for any household appliances repair.

Scott was excellent. They came out figured out the problem ordered the part and came back and replaced. The work was done quickly and he showed up exactly on time. Very knowledgeable he even took a small video of the icemaker working. Will always call this company for any appliance repairs.

The tecnitian came, checked and fortunately the "automatic brain" inside had something loose and once he checked it started to work. He also checked that the crushed ice will also come out. JW waited a while and checked again to make sure that everything was working. He left and told me to call him if it stopped working. So far so good.

Scott was great - I called At 9am and he came to my home at 1pm and fixed the problem within 15 minutes! I would highly recommend this company and will use them again. He was courteous and prompt!
