Couldn’t find part.... machine 15 years old

Was able to make a same day appointment. Repair tech had all parts in the vehicle, and the replacement went smoothly. Laundry area was cleaner when he left than when he arrived. He vacuumed all lint that fell to the floor.

Excellent. Although he had ordered the part for it, the ice maker started working again. He counseled us not to replace the part despite the fact he had brought it with him. Very honest and knowledgeable. Would definitely use him again.

He worked with me to make the service call quickly even though we were going to be out of town. I was able to schedule with him to coordinate with my neighbor for the service appointment. No pressure to make the repair and I wanted to have a working dryer when I got home from vacation which I do. 😃

Perfect! They called me the day before to give me a two hour window. Showed up within the time given, was knowledgeable with what the applicance needed. Got it working right away. Reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend!

He couldn't fix the oven buttons -- the part would be more expensive than I was willing to pay. When he came back for the dryer he identified the problem quickly, gave me an estimate for replacing the part and had the part to be installed within 3 business days. He also gave me credit for the first service call that didn't end up with a repair. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and competent.

Scott helped me coordinate appointment with my tenant to get leaking refrigerator freezer repaired He was courteous and explained repair needed and accepts credit cards, which is very conveniently. I think price may be a bit on higher end, but he solved problem in spot which is valuable to me. Tenant and I are very happy with working freezer and icemaker. Well recommended for service.

I was prepared to schedule and appoint to have my refrigerator serviced. I spoke with a man who got very frustrated with me over scheduling someone to come look at my refrigerator - as I was trying to make sure I could coordinate my work schedule with the 2 hour window he was giving me. This company got very high reviews, but I couldn't get past the way he spoke to me. After he snapped at me, I thanked him, hung up the phone and found another highly rated company to service my refrigerator.

Scott showed up called on his way and arrived early in the timeline given to me. He analyzed what the washer was doing and not doing and diagnosed what needed to be repaired. I need a new board for my Maytag so he took a deposit and ordered the board. I am very happy with his service and professionalism.

Scott came over and was a joy to chat with. Very charismatic and didn't mind all the questions I was asking him which is great because I can ask a lot of questions. Turned out to be my heating element in which he gave me a great price for it. Couldn't find out what was wrong with the washer, but we are still trying different options. Scott was professional and fair.

He fixed a part and he successfully installed it within a short amount of time. He was helpful and left me a number to call for a business that specializes in dryer duct work. I will definitely call this company again for any future appliance repairs.

Requested quotes from two companies. Gunn was”day late and dollar short”. Responded late and I gave job to other company.

Scott was friendly and professional from the first call. I explained to him that I ran the self clean functionalists on my oven. The cycle cased the Thermal fuse to burn out. Scott was very familiar with the malfunction and offered to arrive within a few hours. He was punctual, courteous, and knowledgeable. He even graciously answered my many questions during the repair. Moreover, He was extremely reasonable with his pricing. I would definitely use his services again! I give him 5 STARS!!!

Scott was awesome! He came the same day I called. He knows his "stuff"! What impressed me even more was when he tested the washer, after repair, to make sure it worked correctly. It may seem like common sense, but I have never had a service or delivery person volunteer to do that. We will use again!

Called at 9:00 am on a Saturday morning. I described the issue to Scott whom knew exactly the issue. He an estimated arrival time. Called when on his way earlier then expected. Fixed the dryer in no time and was gone by noon. Was very pleased with the work done. I would recommend.
