I was charged 150.00 for a part I later found out cost 9.39.They guys are blantant criminals.I would tell anybody to stay away from them and call someone else.I reported them to Better Business Bureau.

Very well, Scott was professional and helpful. Scheduling was excellent and on time.

Scott came on time, diagnosed the problem, had the part in his van, and had my dryer in working order in about an hour and a half. Appreciated the courteous service.

Scott was excellent every step of the way. I called Gunn Aplliance on Saturday Scott immediately returned my call and worked us into his schedule quickly. He communicated with me every step of the way letting me know how much the job would be etc. I was pleased with this service call all the way around!

Unfortunately not good, the refrigerator was very old no parts available but the Gunn technician Did an outstanding job make sure that the refrigerant would work for at least a couple extra days giving me time to purchase a new one - ps only charge me for visit !!!! Highly recommend

Not good. Immediately diagnosed problem. Drain hose was not fully inserted into drain. Pushed hose into drain and problem solved. Wanted rubber tape to wrap. hose. Didn't have so he went to store to purchase. Stretched 15 minute call into 90 minutes and a $185.00 bill.

Well. Fixed promptly. Arrived on time.

Came in knew what the problem was right away and fixed it. Felt the pricing was very fair. Service was great - highly recommend!

Had someone here within a few hours. Told me what was going on all the way through the process. Even cleaned up after himself. A good experience and I would call them again

Gunn Appliance had outstanding service. I called the office and explained my dryer wasn't working and someone came out in less than two hours. Very professional service and my washer was fixed. I would absolutely recommend Gunn Appliance Service and will use them next time something happens!

I had hired Gunn Appliances over the summer to check on my washing machine when the screen kept shutting off mid cycle. Scott came out and was absolutely a pleasure to work with. He explained what was happening and the options we could take to remedy it. He was not pushy and did not recommend expensive solutions that were not necessary. So when my washing machine was making a horrible noise, I immediately called them again. Scott came out on a Saturday, checked out the machine, explained what was happening and said he could order the part on Monday and would be back before the week was out to complete the repair. True to his word, I got a call on Tuesday with a few appointments he had later in the week to make the repair. He called before coming, showed up on time, fixed the issue and left my space immaculate. I highly recommend this company--good customer service is hard to come by these days and Gunn Appliance provides AMAZING customer service.

Nice man, accommodating. WORST DIAGNOSIS AND PERFORMANCE. Told us we needed an invertor board which he ordered. Came back to install and informed us still not working due to bad sensor board which is no longer available from GE & we need to purchase a new refrigerator. This is a 5 1/2 yr old refrigerator , how can a part not be available? We had paid him $100 and he said we are even. My husband called GE maintenance..they came out 2 days later, replaced the invertor board (for less $), said we did not need the sensor board which he had on him in case it was needed. GE also said that Gunn cut a wire that shouldn't have been cut and we had to replace the whole box vs. just the insert. We now have a 5 yr warranty on that board plus a 30 day guarantee if anything else breaks down to avoid a service fee. I love this refrigerator and we were very stressed that we would have to go out and spend $3000+ to be replaced, instead of GE's under $400 bill and all is fine. THANK YOU GE! AVOID GUNN APPLIANCE.

My 18 month old Whirlpool glass cooktop oven decided to stop working, and when none of the burners worked on the top, or the oven, I knew it was an electrical issue ($$). I called Gunn Appliance Service because of the high reviews on Angie's List, and they were able to send someone out very quickly. The bad news was my oven was out of warranty and the most expensive part of it had blown. The technician explained all these new appliances come with cheap electronic parts that don't last, and unfortunately the replacement grade parts are actually really well made, and they jack the price up on them to try to get you to just buy the new oven...problem is 2 years later you may have the same issue all over again. Anyway, I got the replacement computer board and the fix was quick, and they offered a year warranty on it, but assured me the new part would last. Overall I was very happy with the speed of service, and getting the replacement part, and the honest discussion. I was ready to just give up and buy another oven and fall into that trap. Will definitely use Gunn Appliance Service again if I have any other issues with my other appliances.

The issue was quickly diagnosed and repaired immediately. Very honest and professional service.

I called Gunn Appliances, Scott answered the call and was home within 2 hrs. He gave me a call before heading to our home. Within minutes he knew what the problem was. He had the part in his truck and repaired right there and then.

Based on this experience, I would absolutey use this service again! friendly and flexible and the technician showed me the problem and what had to be done to resolve it. I would highly recommend giving Gunn a try for appliance repair. I was very happy with the service, speed, and price.

Dryer would not heat. Able to come out same day. Good communication. Knowledgable. Quick diagnosis and quick repair. Dryer needed new heating element.

Scott came out within 48 hours of my call. He arrived on time and was able to diagnose the problem and perform the repair within 90 minutes. Luckily he had the replacement part in his truck!

Great work, fast response, fixed dryer idler assembly with part he had stock. Great job!

Had a leak in the freezer side of the fridge. The tech check it out and explain what was wrong. He also explains that he could fix it on the spot and told us how much it would cost. It was a great experience overall. Thank you Gunn appliance for a great experience

Asked for an estimate to fix a leaking garbage disposal and was was quoted twice what I paid another company to get it fixed. Paid the $55 estimate fee but was not happy.

Scott was incredibly responsive. He was at my house a few hours after our initial conversation. He was very detailed in explaining exactly what the issue was and how to correct the problem. I highly recommend using Gunn Appliance Service! Scott was extremely professional and made the repair very easy to understand.

I called on Monday July 15Th 2019 made an appointment for Tuesday July 16TH 2019 Scott came to my house found out what the problem was had the part that was needed and replaced it the same day. He was very nice ,friendly ,and professional.I would be using Gunn Appliance SVC again .
