I called the service company and the technician was in my area and was able to come right out....he evaluated my dryer, diagnosed the problem and repaired the dryer in about 1 hour...was good at explaining how to maintain the dryer for longer life...cleaned up after repair...would definitely use again.

I called and I was able to get same-day appointment. Scott gave me a window between 1-4pm and said he would call when he was on his way. He arrived on time and diagnosed problem, had the part and did the repair within 30min. Very nice and very professional. I will definitely be using him again in the future.

I contacted Gunn Appliance on 3/2, Scott gave us a window between noon-2:00 the following day. The next afternoon Scott called as promised to tell us he was on his way, he arrived right on time. He examined the ice maker, determined quickly what the problem was and had the job done within 45 minutes or so. Scott was very professional and personable, we will definitely contact him again for any appliance repairs.

Part had to be ordered, and I was told it would be a week at the latest. Part was received sooner than expected, so I was contacted and an appointment was set up at my convenience for the following day. The repair main arrived at the time we agreed on, the work was completed quickly, and the work area was cleaned up before he left. I was very pleased with how quickly he was able to come out, and how flexible he was with arranging the appointments. We are all busy, and it means a lot to have someone available to come when it’s convenient for me.

Scott came within the promised time frame and he repaired the dryer in my dad's condo quickly. He did a great job.

Service was a little pricey, but he came out on the same day I called and showed up exactly when he said he would be here. The problem was diagnosed and fixed in a little over an hour. No problems since.

My ice maker was leaking on water and was causing a mess. Since it was a Kenmore, I called Kenmore repair and was told they can come by 6 days later. This was not acceptable. Called Gunn Appliance Repair on a Friday night and was told they can be come by the next day. Scott was professional, very knowledgeable and was able to complete the repair. I will not hesitate to contact Gunn Appliance Repair in the future for any appliance need.

Steve came in an hour of call. After an hour, quoted $350 for a "possible" mother board replacement. I had to point out that this was almost as much as a new dryer would cost, so just paid the $60 service call. I bought a used dryer for $150 later in the day.

Scott called within about two hours after I submitted the request for service. He immediately diagnosed the problem and had the parts on his truck for the repair. I did not experience the problem of having to order parts and schedule another appointment for the repair. He completed the repair on the first call! He was very knowledgeable and professional. Their pricing was very reasonable. I will definitely hire Gunn again.

The technician called the night before to set an appointment time. He showed up at exactly the agreed upon time we set. He inspected and diagnosed the dryer problem then went to his truck to get the replacement belt. In less than 30 minutes, the belt was replaced. Service was great!

It went relatively well. Gus responded promptly. We discussed the issue over the phone and he gave me a ballpark price. When he arrived which was within hours he had the part. Unfortunately it was not the part that was needed. He told me so, and as a result the part needed was about another Hundred dollars. However, prior to calling I had researched the parts and thought I needed a new element which was substantially more than the other part. I was not surprised. He came back the next day with the new part and a helper as the dryer is stacked and needed two people to take it down. Repaired it and works really well now. Just hope it lasts! Saved me having to buy a new dryer!

It went very well. I called Gunn, and Scott came out the next day - he would have come the same day but I wasn't going to be home. The thermostat was burned out, and he was able to fix it right away. He was very helpful, professional, and cleaned everything up in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend this company.

It went better than I thought. I was surprised that my call was answered on New Year's Day! I was able to schedule an appt quickly. Scott knew immediately what was wrong when he arrived. lt was a lid problem & he also noticed my agitator wasn't working properly. He fixed both with parts. I was extremely happy not to replace my washer/dryer. He was in & out within 45 mins. He even educated me on my products which I appreciated. I've used Scott prior to this for a refrig/freezer problem. He has a satisfied customer both times.
