Description of Work: While he charged me for the Service Call, after he explained that fixing the Washing Machine would cost more than a new one, he gave me his card that would let me get the service call charge applied to the next time I called. |Great guy! Will definitely call next time!

Description of Work: My refrigerator stopped cooling on December 31 (compressor wouldn't kick in so after the holiday on Friday 10/02/15 I called GUNN at 9:10AM & explained the problem. Their tech arrived about 10:20 and in an hour had the fridge fixed and it's been running perfect since then (one week). So I give GUNN A's all the way except maybe the price could have been a little cheaper, who knows?? but I definately will call them again if needed = I mean to have the repair done within 2:30 hours of calling them, well you can't do much better than that.

Description of Work: The technician came in and told me what the problem was. The roller has to be replaced. I was shocked to hear the price, but it is affair price. He had the replacement part in the car and was in and out of the house before I knew it. I trust their work and will recommend to friends and family.
